but.. how did you solve the icing issue?
Bhahahaha good one :D im1
I'm not sure but, if anyone else wants to discover how to make an authentic iron man costume try Pycanta Amazing Ironman Protocol (do a search on google)? Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my mate got great success with it.
Might wanna look into it
Many thanks, I have been researching "iron man metal suit" for a while now, and I think this has helped. You ever tried - Xenacob Heyndrew Guide - (search on google ) ? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my co-worker got excellent success with it.
Christian Suszynski its the mark 3 its alr solve
so far this is the good iron man costume ever
Thank you for sharing you journey with everyone. An incredible work of art and costume. I’m the smiles on the faces of the children you meet well pay for your hard work and devotion. BRAVO!!!
Thank you.
This was the most faithful armor I've ever seen
Best MK III i have ever seen, well donne! Cant imagine how heavy is to move in that lol
Even a mechanic in my family couldn't make a body suit like that . You got talent!
I wanna see a live demo of you walking around in it as well as you operating it , does it actually move and open? Or is it manual? What can it do?

PURE talent and skill
Simply put, Amazing job...😎👌
This is the best homemade metal suit of iron man that I've seen i love it great job men👍😍
The guy that spent $3,000+ on an ironman plastic suit should've bought your suit instead.
AWESOME CRAFTSMANSHIP & SKILLS. JUST DAMN AWESOME.
Can one buy one of your real ironman suits?
You have the wires and lights but the missing part is exoskeleton but it is so badass
I wanna try making one out of aluminum
Now that's craftsmanship..
Outstanding!
VERY VERY LIKE
Killer suit man. You gotta post a video of you walking across a hard floor for that sweet clanging sound lol
2018 and no video? This is epic great job.
Amazing build
Im throwing down the gauntlet,(every pun intended) when I challenge you to make a panel beated 1987 robocop costume out of aluminium. I don't know weather the difficulty would be the same challenge or more. BUT i've ALWAYS dreamed of seeing an actual METAL Robicop suite/costume (using your method and NOT some steam punk scrap metal version from the far east) a bit like the very impressive jazz creations actual metal endo Skeleton
amazing work
Best build video ever!! ☝✌✌✌🖒🖒🖒🖒🖒 Awesome.
素晴らしい👏
とても本物に似ているよ‼️
Comic con was fun a few years back when I did this
WOAH, u're crazy... I love it!!!
God bless you young man !
Winner of a video, I been tryin to find out about "plastic iron man costume" for a while now, and I think this has helped. You ever tried - Xenacob Heyndrew Guide - (should be on google have a look ) ? Ive heard some interesting things about it and my mate got excellent success with it.
Amazing.
How long does it take you to put it all on, and how many people help you put it on ?Also, would be great to see some video of you moving in the suit as well.Great job.
About 20 minutes with two helpers and an impact driver. ua-cam.com/video/6bpQhiR38_o/v-deo.html
Wow very nice work. I have never seen such before
awesome job!!
Could I buy one of these omfg wow 😃 talent
Dude I'm like REALLY impressed on the design, construction, and overall aesthetic look, of the entire vessel... fantastic job bro, plz keep going I'm really intrigued. Wish I could assist you in some way, would love to see what else you're capable of...would day spidey iron man, but that's way too tight lol, wish you could make vultures glider... ultimate of baddassery
Thanks mate. I still take it to kids hospitals, but I'm onto bigger projects now. Go to www.buildsbybaz.com
As a 13 year old in a Lego inventor club with other people my age I made an exoskeleton of This suit in my size. How I did this with parental supervision is I took measurements of my body then designed the model on my computer Then I went to home Depot with my parents to get some small Hydrogen tanks, Cooper wire,Nuts, and Screws. I went on Amazon and bought Some steel sheets and brought it to life! I tried it out and it was awesome I have a secret to make it fly I might be the next Iron Man, No better yet I'll be called iron kid! But their is one problem I need to know how to make the Outside of it
im going to make mine fly
This is the best suit i've ever seen than the other video .m
Thank you.
Man I am impressed I was wondering could you help me with a similar project but for Robocop the 1987 movie suit with a working leg holster I would do it myself although I have no knowledgeof metal workshop or electrical engineering either
How did you do the torso piece? It’s the only part of the suit I don’t know how to make
wow dude!
How did stark build one in a cave from spare parts?
Because he’s awesome and he used the tools and parts given to him by The Ten Rings that were supposed to be used to make a Jericho Missile and made a prototype Iron Man Suit to escape!
so cool
Found this just today, How does the camera system work? Nice build btw! I'm trying to build one myself
This is actually not a how to video?!
I didn't make the video. Someone else farmed my build photos to make this video.
@@BuildsByBaz you made this?
my respects sir...
So, how do you go to the bathroom in that suit?
Must be heavy, no? If I would do in any metal it would be alluminium, easy to work with and you can make a killer finishing on the surface. It would be obviously more expensive, but in the end it would worth it (but still cheaper then ordering one online).
Congrats on the build.
Thank you. Yes, aluminium is more expensive and harder to work with. Steel is cheap, easy to weld and shape and is very forgiving.
This is cool man
it is perfact Iron man cos!!! I never seen before
DAY UM same here that's really cool and talented
I wish you showed yourself forming the metal.
Absolutely badass! I'm so jealous & wish I knew how to build stuff. How do you learn to do this kind of stuff? On a side note, I see this & think, but the US military hasn't gotten this far in combat tech? Yeah ok...🙄
US military needs to be able to run crouch duck climb etc easily. and also they have tried making these but with liquid that could harden when force is applied or some BS like that. and also its actually not too hard to make a metal iron man suit, you just need to have enough money, which is the problem im facing right now. so far i only have enough money to make the arm
zef trap music True, my point was that there are weapons systems far advanced than what people would believe possible. I'm not saying they have a full blown suit like this with an AI etc or that they have Halo Spartan Armor with Cortana built in, but they are a lot closer than it may seem. Remember they have nearly a trillion dollar budget per year & this would be considered a black unacknowledged special access program, so those aren't even on the books or counted in the general budget...actually there's no accountability at all & the $ flow doesn't have a cap. As far as your project goes, I have no doubt it's not cheap too accomplish, having Stark's bank account would definitely help! If I may ask, what do you do for a living? The reason I ask is, because you're extremely talented in metal working, design & creative vision. I hope you're in a career that allows you to use your gifts. It's a shame you couldn't crowdfund it, but Marvel would be all over you very quickly, claiming you were infringing on their IP & attempting too profit from it, which you're not.
Magestic bruh Im a 16 year old cambridge student who suddenly wanted to build an iron man suit and is slowly accomplishing it and slowly gathering enough money and materials to build it. Because I've seen ALOT of people building an iron man suit but its all like 3d printed or made of cardboard or maybe foam and only little amount of ppl made it out of metal. But still all of them who made it out of metal uses steel. And tony stark made his out of gold titanium alloy which sadly doesnt exist yet and the closest thing to it is titanium gold alloy, close enough. And yeah that shit does cost a fortune and the tool to use to cut melt grind etc. Would also cost a fortune so im going by titanium instead. But I do like the fact that this guy does it for the sick children and everything
U can wear this suit fight against crimes
How many days you built it.?
You oughta call it steel man
There are several things for building an iron man suit
Download some detailed plans from the web
Use plastic instead of cardboard or metal - it's easier than metal and last longer than cardboard
Be carfull you get the size right - an engineer spent a long time making one then found it was too small!
(Reference: Dichali Costume Creator website )
How long did it take you to do this
What we need to make this
Nice
I do wanna do this Iv never done anything like this
My local em con I wanna suit up and walk with my girlfriend through town to the local em con and get looks and hopefully put some smiles on people faces
Cool
So when do we see it fly?
One day I'm gonna make the whole suit and make it look like its on and works with lights in the Arc Reacter and Eyes
How can someone go about making this like you did? Can you post or send the list of items/parts/tools/materials needed to build one? Oh and is it very heavy to wear? I bet it’s hot inside the suit.
Steel? Sounds heavy. Looks awesome though
37kg.
Does anyone know what jobs you have to be in to know how to do this?
Ive got a question im making the iron man mrk 50 and i used thin metal sheets but my edges are sharp how do i fix that problem. I have a jacket inside so im good but i might be causing some trouble to the people surrounding me. Im new to metal cosplay and theres not that much community for metal cosplays around.
Have you tried using a Dremel
came back after a year to solving my problem on sharp edges. you use a chizle clamped to an anvil pointing up. you use that to curl the edges of the metal parts. i made a video showing the process.
This suit was built by my mate Barry Armstead. He has lots of videos on his own channel here - ua-cam.com/users/barryarmstead
Its totally amazing to see it in real life!
Is it really heavy
37kg. I'm comfortable in it for a couple of hours.
10:33 is someone knows name of this tune? kindly please... :)
How to make? More like just look
I’d buy it
Is that a deloren
💌
Just curious what the camera center on the facemask is for? Just recording or an in-helmet display?
So I can see where I'm going. 140 degree wide angle and video glasses under the faceplate.
I want this suit
Is this for sale?
Can i buy some of these😭
Wasn't there a guy who spent three grand on a plastic one? This one is unbelievable. You could make these and sell them for ten grand a piece.
This was at highpoint shopping centre!
TruenoG7 This was an event for the Starlight foundation held at Tuggeranong Hyperdome, Canberra by Troy from Zing.
Wasn’t it hard to walk around with pure steel on?
Not really. It's 37 Kg. Not too bad for a couple of hours walking in it. Worth it for the kids hospitals.
WOW I'm in awe right now!!! Seriously this came out awesome!!! And what's with the 14 dislikes? Bunch of haters I guess...lol you got some skills my man!!!!
ALOHA!!! 🤙🤙🤙🤙
Cuz he said HOW to not "my progress on my iron man suit" read the title
How much would you sell it for? I am ready for 3k to 4k
Magical Reverse PRO lol it would probably got for above 20k
I can make the suit
Why is there a hole in the helmet?
140 degree wide angle camera so i don't trip over life support cables in the children's wards.
Do you fit???patowe!
This is like a fucking rocket scientist... just playin around with stuff...
Can I have one please
Wish workers after they went to the hospital be like
Please tell me how to make iron y
What’s the weight? Must be uncomfortable to wear.
33.3 kg
It weighs 37 kilograms. It's ok for a couple of hours at a time, but each time I make it a little better.
Dang how much you spend making that
Probably around 1,000 dollars.
SpiderDude PlayzYt, I'd say more like $5,000 in just materials and miscellaneous items needed to build/create it... and that doesn't include the hundreds of man hours spent building it.
u could probably sell this around $100k
that might be a little too much 20 to 50k is reasonable 70 at most
Bummer it doesnt open in the back like the one in the movie
The real suit is titanium and have a motion assist
Can i get one
Here's the video my friend James put together of the Iron Man suit. James also helped me with all the electronics and coding. ua-cam.com/video/6bpQhiR38_o/v-deo.html
this could work well against zombies
christian bernardino hard to move probably
Actually it's very easy to move in it I've seen the video where he test the legs and arms and he moves them very efficiently
