Ok so one thing that I do to make sure it's safe Incase you yeet through the drop and not fall is that before you lean backwards in the first pose cross the fabric behind you then climb up and also do it on the second one.
Ahhh when you're still up. Yes, that's normal. The more you wrap, the tighter it gets. I thought that it hurts on your landing (like on the back or something)
Yes, the first 2-3 (sometimes even more) tries of a new drop are ALWAYS scary! Sometimes I need even a minute, staying in the drop position, over-thinking if my mount is good, if I missed something, analyzing the distance to the ground and thinking in how many ways I could get hurt :)) But you should do it in baby steps. I mean don't just drop directly. Get down slowly, using your grip on hands/legs to slow down the drop as much as possible. Then grip less and less until you are comfortable enough to do it directly. ^_^
The flip is so stable. Beautiful!!!
Thank you!
That was so good I’m subscribing😂❤
“Bravo! Bravo!”
Awe so wholesome ❤
That is so cool. I want to try this!!
Triple waterfall is such a fun drop!!!
How high do the ceilings need to be to do these drops?
We have 5 meters. Anything above would be perfect. 5 m are not enough for all the possible moves.
Good job ❤
Thank you!
Would it work just doing it twice?
Yes, it works well with only two as well. The more silk and height you have, the more you can try doing.
Thanks!@@GirlwithHobbies
Wonderful
I feel ur pain bestie
Everyone: watching the girl on the red silk
Me: watching the little girl in the back

She doesn’t really need to do a cross back for this drop variation. This is because she’s re-grabbing and stopping in between each rotation.
From my experience, crossing the fabric works really good with single point hammock, when you do not want to stop in between the drops.
are you allowed to take your hands off and like do a "dive" motion continuously like in double falling star drop?
I think yes. I don't see an issue
@@GirlwithHobbies ok ty!
What is this called so I can get lessons?
Aerial silk / Aerial hammock / Aerial sling should be it
Whenever I do this it hurts. I’m I doing it right?
Where does it hurt? No, it's not normal...
On my legs
Right where I wrapped it up

Okay thanks
I did that it was so hard
People make it look so easy meanwhile me almost going to the hospital 🏥
What happened? :O
Is it ever scary to do a drop I’ve been working on doing the waterfall but it’s kinda scary
