The temps are sustainable, but 81c seems high for 130 watts of usage. Lapping is so effective, because many CPU's and many coolers have different shaped surfaces. Convex / flat / concave. Lapping can be avoided by finding the right cooler with an appropriate shape to match your CPU.
The 81 degrees you saw appeared after a long time of stressing the CPU to the maximum (about 10 min, I don't know exactly anymore) and represents the maximum it reached. The average temperature is, as you can see, about 66°C. They also have a case that doesn't allow for very good airflow. That means it has glass on the front as well, not just on the side. The overclocking explain the temps. I have the same cooler with a 5800x3d. Idle temps are 33-37c and 50-60c during triple A gaming with fan speeds at 25-30%
