I really wished DeepCool would sell an "LCD upgrade" for the Normal Ak620. I really want this, but I can't justify replacing my Zerodark Ak620, which I got for my 2023 Build back in February.
I have the exact same issue. I reinstalled and did a lot of troubleshooting and to only find out in the deepcool system tray there is actually a "Launch at windows start up" this sorted everyinthg. There are two versions from the ak500.. with a display+LED and without.. I installed it and first i was confused why it didn't work haha I ordered the wrong one. But i can send it back. The temperatures on my 5800x in cinebench r23 are at max 83 degrees. Very strom and quiet.

I've messaged deepcool but no response in the last 24 hours, has to be a display issue as its not rocket science installing this as all the connections only plug in one way. Hi if i dont plug argb plug only argb stop working or any other fuctions will stop working because o really bad don't want rgb in that cooler because in my pc that colorfull looks bad by the way I don't have that port can i just don't connect the plug and fans with screen will work anyway?
Just got the reality that tower coolers are much better than low profile (downward flow) coolers.... That being said.... I like this one but I wish it had a clock display option as well....
I bought one of the AK620 Digitals, and while they are good quality, and looked great, the screen scratched very easily. I accidentally scratched it the second I peeled the plastic off. I ultimately returned it to Amazon, and bought an AIO instead. Cooling performance was excellent though!
Hey guys I have this cooler and my cpu temps while idle are between the 60 and 70. I checked the manual several times to see if I did the installation right and I did. I also used the included thermal paste. I tried reinstalling the cooler but the temps are still the same. The cpu that I’m using is the ryzen 5 7600. What should I do ?
We need to address these crappy clips, I have not ever met any builder that enjoys these clips. That top hole is, maybe, one of the best solutions. I just upgraded to the Z790 last night, if the board is out it is still a struggle.

I think it 's the perfect size between the AK400D and AK620D, it doesn't compromise the look of the ram especially if your ram has rgb.

Daisy chaining. You can connect another ARGB fan or other product to it. Lets you use more than one device per RGB header.
