I play on a tablet tho... I have a tab s8 w/o wifi but use my phones hotspot and it's worked fine since the tablet has a gps, am i really not gonna be able to play
You’ll still be able to play. I saw a lot of people on tablets. It’s just the game is not “optimized” for tablets. You won’t be blocked off or anything.

That is probably to discourage alcohol consumption. They did have water fountains to refill your bottles at Vegas, so I assume the same will be here.
