At first I couldn’t understand why they were calling this The Entertainer because the living room is not that big but when I saw the family room I understood. I would want a sink in the utility room. And heat vents in the ceiling, thanks for the tour! 😊

I see they are going to the one big sink. I'm not a fan. My son and his wife recently went from a home with a double sink to a big single and like me do not like it.
I agree with you I like the double sink better
You can always upgrade to double sinks. See for me I would rather option in to have a microwave instead of a vented hood, but that's me. So you can definitely make some changes...
