@@HomeMeasures if you notice anything about me I do NOT like when the primary suite is right off of any main living areas meaning living room/den, dining room or kitchen. That's why I said, my top three houses are 1. Cypress Manor which is almost a replica of The Tyron you showed, 2. The Rocketeer 4707 model, & 3. The Lovely Day. Those three houses are perfect in the layout style I love, I also just reacently saw another house I believe it is called the Bandera 3356 I think I will add that one to my top favorite list as well....
Love that it has a den. Nice bathroom with 2 sinks.. good size closets in guest rooms. Wish the primary was bigger.Very nice home. Thank you for the tour!
