Sure, but as a caveat, I just upgraded and by no means think an upgraded set up is needed to started - an iPhone and free editing software can make cool edits too! That said, I have a Sony A7 series camera, 24-70mm Sigma f/2.7 for Sony E lens, the editing software is premiere pro and Adobe audition for voice over with a Shure SM7B mic.
Loved it. Ambitious project with lots of different woodworking skills involved and it resulted in a really nice and useful stool. I like that you used pine....it doesn't get enough respect...and it is readily available to everyone. I also love that you pinned the spindles and stretchers with oak dowels instead of just using glue or shooting a nail. I always look forward to your videos.
Thanks, Eddie! 🙌🏻 Btw, If you stayed tuned for the maker update - I think the extra content I’m putting up over on patreon might be very much your style - as I took your feedback from earlier and tried editing together some stuff that had a little more of my personality! I hope you check it out!
Hailey, this is by far your best work yet. Your use of jigs and creative solutions is inspiration that people really can create things without super expensive tools. Blown away - Nice work!
Thanks, Jay! Most of the time, I sketch, then use the program sketchup - but these ones I kind of just jumped in on. Which I think was a mistake - I might have swapped a few things had I seen them in digital form first. Next time I guess! Haha
Very nice work. The stools looks great.
Thank you 🙌🏻
Ok, these are nice chairs. Let's talk about the high quality video production. The music, voice over, the camera work. Excellent job.
Thanks very much 🙌🏻
@@HonestWorkDesigns I'm an aspiring maker, would you mind disclosing your video equipment?

Thanks, Ron! The next one up involves a lot more wood turning skills than I’ve never used before - should be fun one!
Love this whole project with the counter change and seats!!!
Thank, Mailey! 💕
well done, i'll recommend this in tonights live stream.
Thanks, Shawn! 🙌🏻 this one definitely pushed some new techniques for me to hone in future projects. I learned a ton!
Another great project. You're such a brainiac! I loved this one. Thanks for sharing it.
Thanks, Eddie! 🙌🏻

Thanks so much, Chris! I learned a lot from this one too.
Nice project. And an interesting take on the low back chairs.
Thanks, Paul 🙏🏼
Nice build! Great video and narration too. Really enjoyed that
Thanks very much, Dan! 🙌🏻
What's your process for shaping the top of the chair seat?
Steam bending! I made a simple steam chamber, cooked the lumber strips, and used an mdf mold to bend them around.
Schvitz 😅
Really impressive. How do you even design projects like this before you start? Software? Paper/pencil?

Your patreon link seems to go to a broken page!
Oh no! Fixed now!
