Don't lose heart. After all, the Chicago Cubs eventually won another World Series. It may take a century, and you may be long dead and buried, but it will eventually happen!
I was there. My father brought me back from CA to have Thanksgiving with his family in. Detroit. This would be the first of about ten Lions Thanksgiving games that I attended in a row. It was a gift to see Sanders. This gave, since we bought our tickets in CA, I think they assumed that we were with the visitors (Browns). They sat us right in the middle of the dog pound. My little ten year old self had no idea what that was. The entire game I cheered for the Lions super loud. My dad was like,”fucking relax kid, you’re going to get my assed kicked.”
I have a home movie my grandfather shot in our brand new house from this thanksgiving. One part you can see my dad and uncle watching this very game.
I watched this game from my best friends house as i was 17 years old & having problems with my stepfather.
i was 18, same problems bud.
Still need the second half please
Enberg: It's been a long time for the Lions [since they last won the title, in 1957]
Thirty years later…

I never in my life seen or remember Barry Sanders fumbling this much as I've seen in this game, with that said he still the best ever
😁😁😁
he has the récord for most rushings without fumble
@juanpabloperez9063 I believe it, it's Barry🤷🏾♂️
He only fumbled about 30 times in his whole career, definitely don't remember another game where he fumbled twice.
Where's the second half?
Nathan Peterman 2018: “Worst QB ever”
Bob Gagliano 1989: “Hold my 🍺”
More, please? And thanks.
