Mystic, can you please do a series called “my opinion on all shiny Pokémon” I know you’ve covered some of the shinies but it be cool to see you do all of them
Hi Mystic, Can you do a series where you will discuss the best movesets for Ash's pokemon. And not moves that are good in the game, but moves that are good in the anime. For example vine whip is really weak in the games, but pretty good in the anime. I hope you will consider this
Wait, if Kryoger can control water then he can water bend, if we are going off Avatar logic we know that full moons can have weird effects, we know from the episode “The Puppetmaster” than water benders can control blood at full mon, this all means... KRYOGER CAN CONTROL ANYONES BLOOD
Perhaps a bonus episode for this with the"Sound" type. Sword and Shield added some interesting effects for this. Be better if they hadn't removed some if the Pokemon that are part of that "type," but it would still work.
For Water type pokemon...my top three favourite Water type pokemon are among the staters and among three regions.Third place,I choose Empoleon from Sinnoh region.Empoleon have quite strong moves and a good match up with Steel element make it stronger, although it biggest weakness is the Electric type pokemon. In anime,I see this pokemon easily interact with its trainer and the best Water type pokemon in Sinnoh region.Second place,of course my favorite Unova region water starter,Samurott.I love to see Samurott samurai that no other pokemon can create that kind of samurai. Moreover,Samurott horn at the top of its head is good for attacking pokemon with fierce Aqua Jet.Samurott shells also is the best protection from above or side attacks. The first place is Greninja. This pokemon is the best Water pokemon and strong starter for Kalos region.Don't ask me why. This pokemon is always cool and strong.
I'd have probably included a water/ground somewhere along the line for the electric weakness and sap sipper azumarill would be a possibility if grass types become a problem
Mystic I just got Sword and I wanted to know what you thought of my team: Scorbunny Crovenite Manetric Aegislash Galarian Darmanitan Dragapult I know I need a water type Pokémon, so could you tell me what to recommend? I really wanna keep Darmanitan and Aegislash.
I would love to see a steampunk theme team I been trying to find one for ages but the best I found was ghost types and klink or it's evolution. Please would you make this theme team?
Waited a long time for this video... and was admittedly kinda disappointed with some of the other choices. But most were probably already used on previous teams. I was excited for this because I actually played through Sapphire with an all-water team, just to see if I could do it, since there was a good variety of water dual types. Other than Swampert, I used Tentacruel, Walrein, Ludicolo, Sharpedo and Gyarados. It got a little tricky when dealing with Steven's Cradilly, but otherwise it was a fun experiement. Might be worth a revisit in ORAS
That Gyarados was like my set on HG I swept through the league and I changed earthquake with ice fang for lance of course and of course it was red Gyarados
On Sun a few months nack I got what appeared to be a pretty competitive Modest Kyogre with Origin Pulse, Thunder, Ice Beam and Clear Mind! So I gave it a Blue Orb and stuck it in the Battle Box where it's stayed ever since!
This team Needs a water/ground type for those electric mons which id probally go M.Swampert over M.Gyrados. other than that and a few move changes the teams not to shabby.
I'm sad that Primarina didn't make it onto the Water or Fairy type team :( With that being said though, here's the team I'd use for the Water type: -Mega Swampert -Primarina -Greninja -Kingdra -Milotic -Kyogre I used the regular Kyogre instead of Primal, since it synergizes with my Swift Swim Pokémon more.
A problem with Z-Belly Drum for Azumarill is that it will heal first, then take 50% HP and raise attack. You’re better off using a Sitrus Berry or Focus Sash instead.
It has to be over half for the move to work though. So as long as it can take one hit without a KO... It works. It's not a fast Pokemon, so it's relying on it's massive attack stat after belly drum to make Aqua Jet viable for KOs
I know you put it on the starter list, but Greninja should have been here as well, because Battle Bond basically makes it a different Pokemon. It's like having a second mega-evolution on the team...thing is crazy.
Kyogre has a high attack in primal state. Earthquake from a non invested nature can take most of a non bulky Groudons health in switch in. This would happen often as players will use Groudon to try to catch any water spouts or origin pulse.
ik iim late, but i feel like mega swampert would be a bit better. You're running all water types, and ik for a fact that there should be a pokemon with drizzle here
Speed Investment on Azumarill? Not too sure about that dude. I also would say keep either scald or origin pulse and replace the other one with Thunder for opposing water-types. Unless they have the ground typing of course.
So is there a chance you could make a competitive themed team? Say like one based off of trickery? Or y'know something to do with a certain theme based off of the lore of some pokemon. Say zoroark or Hoopa being mischievous. Idk it seems a bit interesting to me
My favorite Water types from each region are: Kanto: Lapras. Johto: Quagsire Hoenn: Kyogre Sinnoh: Gastrodon Unova: Carracosta Kalos: Greninja Alola: Pyukumuku Galar: Cramorant

You should of put thunder on kyogre because the rain makes it 100% accurate
With a fat beast like kyogre scald is plenty damage. Thunder would have been good

This has been an amazing and very fun series to watch. These theme teams are pretty awesome and look like they could kick serious ass. Loved it Mystic
Water types, the natural walls that want to body their opponents.
So it's finally the last team I really enjoyed watching each n every one of them
Mystic, can you please do a series called “my opinion on all shiny Pokémon” I know you’ve covered some of the shinies but it be cool to see you do all of them

My Kyogres have had the same moveset since gen 3: Earthquake, Thunder, Ice Beam, Water Spout.
