This is a stunning video. Rarely does anyone ever capture Fulton Market's transformation and vibrancy, especially at street level and at night which I haven't seen before. I would think the West Loop has to have the highest concentration of Michelin Star rated restaurants for a single neighborhood in the U.S. if not the world. Amazing job here, this is the type of exposure the city needs to highlight these gems that are hardly ever documented. This reminded me of watching the many London videos where they film walking around vibrant areas at all hours. The city should be doing more to raise awareness about this lovely urban district to help it become one of Chicago's most visited locations from travelers all over the world rather than our best kept secret.
Yeah, there's many 5 star restaurants in a that whole neighborhood. Its not like there's only 50-100 reviews per restaurants. Theres thousands of reviews almost per restaurant, and getting a 5 star 🌟 🌟 ⭐ 🌟 🌟 is a big accomplishment for any business, especially when it comes to food because service, cleanliness, etc... all comes with the restaurant business, so it's great to see 5 stars across the board on these restaurants.
You know what? You're so intrusive, camera right up into folks faces, no boundaries, no respect, and you know what I FECKING LOVE YOUR VIDEOS!!! wooo!! I'm going Chicago next year and I will certainly got to this area, well done, great video!
Yeah, me too. It quickly evolved from a hub for meatpackers and food wholesalers into the city’s busiest area for new development thats still being built. What your seeing is only the beginning of it's transformation and transforming very quickly.
I know I'm late but if anyone else is curious, yes. You just have to find the right areas like this area, Wicker Park, River North (Rush St epecially), Lincoln Park, Lakeview, Pilsen, and Logan Square
That would he nice lol. I might buy myself one and take you guys with me inside some of these places. I tried once in one of my videos in Wrigleyville, but they didn't allow me too record inside. I'm sure some places would welcome it. We'll see! 🍺🥃🙂
Why is Chicago so divided. I wish that every culture had it good enough to where they could spoil thier towns with several high rises and several restaurants and several loft high rises. I wish every neighborhood could be like the West loop.
That's good you see people out having a nice time. I just thought about it. You don't see Asians hanging out having a nice time at night in the restaurants. Asians must stay in at night.
My grandfathers meat shop sat here. An entire shipping, trucking and warehousing empire gone. These are the yuppies who shipped over our middle class jobs out of the city and over seas. Destroyed a way of life. Created an economic and social crisis we still feel today. Turned it into a real estate bubble. Auctioned it all off and turned it into niche boutiques and overpriced and an bbq restaurant.
You need to re-title this video.. IT'S not a walk unless you walk your bike as you pass a restaurant. Meanwhile you were riding a bike from restaurant area to the next. And what was that clicking noise? The only nightlife was people eating as you breezed past.

Wow! That area used to be skid row when I was young, 50+ years ago. Chicago keeps getting better and better in reclaimed neighborhoods.
About 3-4 years ago there was nothing but abandoned factories there. Now it looks like Ocean Drive in Miami.

Chicago by far has the best night life for a city of it's type!
💯Truth Fact!
you forgot about nyc or LA ?
@@pccultureruinedeverything9491 NYC and LA's nightlife simply doesn't compare to Chicago. Hell, I'd put New Orleans, Vegas, and Miami infront of them.

Evidently.
@@pccultureruinedeverything9491 la really bro, u mean Hollywood 😆

The West loop is sharp. I wish I lived out there.
WOW. I remember the old way it used to be.
Yeah, me too. It quickly evolved from a hub for meatpackers and food wholesalers into the city’s busiest area for new development thats still being built. What your seeing is only the beginning of it's transformation and transforming very quickly.
The West loop is sharp. Oprah Winfrey's studios is located over there in the West Loop. How lovely.
😍😍😍
Woow Nice. For a moment, i thought i was in paris
Are you using a phone or real camera ? It’s super clear. I’m visiting Chicago in Dec I wonder what the energy is like in the cold
Is Chicago poppin on Thursdays and Fridays? I'm flying out there but have to leave on Saturday.
I know I'm late but if anyone else is curious, yes. You just have to find the right areas like this area, Wicker Park, River North (Rush St epecially), Lincoln Park, Lakeview, Pilsen, and Logan Square
Most of these restaurants in this video have a 5 Star rating with high reviews.
@24:00 lmao
Lol. Funny guy!

Please Chicago vote lightfoot and foxx out this beautiful city and its people deserve better 🙏🏿

Uptown West Hubbard Street?
I'm wondering how much a pint of beer costs. I am thinking they charge $12
I'm surprised people didn't invite you to join them for a brewski!
That would he nice lol. I might buy myself one and take you guys with me inside some of these places. I tried once in one of my videos in Wrigleyville, but they didn't allow me too record inside.
I'm sure some places would welcome it. We'll see! 🍺🥃🙂
Polish City
Its nice do go downtown and dine, but man those places are not cheap.
This is like another Rush St.
In the coming years, Fulton Market District is going to grow tremendously. The party is just getting started! 🥂🥃🍺🦀🍦🍹🍨🍷🍽🍸🥳🙂

Dang there's a lot of cute girls in Chicago! I wonder what's the dating scene there like
I heard nightlife dating is 10/10 life is cheap peoples are happy as i heard so far been live in north cali 16 yrs and hating it need some changes
Cute girls outnumber guys 2 to 1. So there's many to choose from
It's diverse vibes but the nightclubs are the latin clubs
Errrr
Caucasians spoiled thierselves with many restaurants when they built the West loop. I didn't see any night clubs though.
