A must watch Marathi period musical is "Katyar Kaljat Ghusli". It depicts Indian Classical Music in a very dramatic and deserving manner with all the music and songs composed perfectly suited to the era. The music is by Shankar Mahadevan, who also stars in the movie along with many prominent actors from the Marathi movie industry. The singers that feature are legends in Marathi classical music, namely - Mahesh Kale & Rahul Deshpande. It even has a song by Arijit Singh! I really hope you do a full movie review on feature friday.

The dance form in this video is called Lavani. Marathi is spoken in Maharashtra state of India. The garment she is wearing is a sari, specifically a navvari sari (9 yard sari) draped in a typical Marathi style.

Cool! There's an awesome ultra-rhythmical dance form associated with Marathi culture called Lavani (pronounced LaavNi). The main percussion instrument used is the dholki (similar to a high-pitched version of dholak), and the music piece is very forward with raw rhythmic beats. The music here is loosely based on Shringari Lavani (and the dance to some extent, too) and hence feels rhythmical.
Marathi currently uses the Devanagari script and both of your names would be वलेस्का (Waleska) and एफ्रा (Efra). The magic you feel in the poster is because of the font ;)

Nose ring it's known as Peshwani nath only worn by Marathi culture as one of their traditional ornaments.

Head costume: Pheta (turban) also known as Pagdi in other North Indian tradition( pronounced as pagri) worn in some weddings or functions as one of the traditional attire.

Efra, the Brahmastra song you're talking about (kesariya) sounds different in Malayalam because it's not Arijit who sings it, but Sid Sriram. Arijit only sang the hindi version of the song, the Tamil, Telugu, and Malayalam versions are sung by Sid Sriram.
Not Sid Sriram bro.. Malayalam version is sung by Hesham Abdul Wahab, the music director of Hridayam movie who also sang darshana song in that movie. Only the swara portion at the end is sung by Sid Sriram in Malayalam version.

వ(wa)లె(le)స్కా(ska) and ఎ(e)ఫ్రా(fra) in telugu. Telugu script is a syllabic script. Each syllable is a character. Most of the indian scripts are syllabic too.
Go for Bai Ga Song sung by Aarya Ambekar, that one is mind boggling.. from same movie..btw Aarya Ambekar was one of contestants in kids singing competition.. Her voice is mesmerizing... Do check for composition as well

If a singer sings a song in Hindi it doesn’t mean they sing all the songs in Malayalam or Tamil. Sometimes they have different singers depending on the language and what works or sound best.
So the brahmastra song you are referring to could be sung by another singer.

I highly recommend ‘baai ga’ which is part of the same album sung by Aarya Ambekar. I really hope you also check out ‘Yad Laglay’ composed by Ajay-Atul. The song was recorded with an orchestra while also retaining the Marathi folk flavour.
