I am no expert on the subject, but this is a Marathi song (from the state of Maharashtra in the Marathi language), and it either qualifies as a "Lavani" piece or, at the very least, has strong "Lavani" influences.
For lack of a better explanation, it's a kind of semi-seductive dance form accompanied by music(folk tradition). This was patronised by the Maratha kings and noblemen for a few hundred years or more for entertainment.
Someone native to Maharashtra (and well-versed in art and culture) may be able to provide a more accurate description

One correction: Maratha rulers banned it. It was never patronized. Lavani is a folk tradition, not a classical dance form.
U can't call it seductive. Lavani has many forms, some use it to tell krishna stories too.

1. RRR: All the rage in 2022 around the world. Great action sequences and fast pacing.
2. 3 Idiots: Great acting, Great story. A nice heartwarming story about some friends and their lives in college. It has great music too.
3. Padmavat: Stunning visuals, Great acting, costumes and music. It is a period film set in the time of the Rajput rulers of India.
