Very very thankful for your youtube channel i bought an e46 2 years ago and have done countless work too it. Ive only taken my bmw to a shop 1 time to have an alignment done. I had never owned a bmw before this one and i found your channel which has taught me everything from A-Z on bmws ! Hopefully everything goes smooth on the move can't wait to see more content !!!

Hey ShopLifeTv and followers, I've been following for years and have done a few DIY from your vids. Recently I came across a problem with my car I'm having issues with.
I have a 03' 325i manual transmission with (160k miles). I was messing around doing donuts and my car took a crap on me due to that.
When my car is off the clutch goes into any gear without issues and still drives in first and reverse as long as the car is off and the gear is in.
When the car is on it will not go into any gear whatsoever with crazy amount of force it just wont budge.
I recently replaced so much in the car in the last 3 months, Spark plugs, O2 Sensor, Oil/filter, fuel injectors, coil packs, and even my sound system. I don't want to scrap my car due to this issue if anyone has advice on me where to begin looking I would appreciate it.
I read into it and I see that it could be the clutch master cylinder or the pressure plate.
PLEASE HELP ANYONE

I'll add my support to you and your lady. You seem so excited to be be going home. I've enjoyed and LEARNED from watching your videos. It's given me the courage to try to do some (minor) work on my had it since new, picked it up in Germany e46 330Cic. Still only 99800 miles on it.

Be careful with zoning! I know a couple of people that wanted to quietly work on cars for money out of their home. Neighbor complains and it's over forever. If you need to apply for a zoning variance, be sure to do it before becoming operational (or someone complaining).

It doesn't matter what you like or don't like... you HAVE to work so you can live. That is the purpose of work in your mind... ignore the fact that you hate your job...you just have to do it because you must stay alive. That is again...slavery to the system.
What I say to you is a truth that gets ignored by people like you and gear head who live in fear that you cannot deviate from the system. Your type of persons fear that if you don't work, you can't live. And my truth is that the system itself is created by and powered by fearful people of all nations and ethnicities who have bought into the lie that you have to work to live and there is no alternative, when in fact you can create your own system as so many have done already. YOU CAN LIVE TO DO WORK YOU LOVE. If you love to do something, you can make it your life's passion and it will provide for you no matter what it may be... if you like to swim and that's your passion, and you wake up to do it every day...why not make it sustain you? If you like to bike...the same thing, if you like to fix cars, if you like to draw, paint, read legal documents... the question is not whether or not it is possible to do something you like that gets you motivated and excited each day of your life... the question is: will you live in fear and attempt to find joy in life by following those fears and doubts? IF so, you are attempting to cook a pork chop with a piece of ice. It is impossible.
You can certainly make tons of money doing 'a job' that you are not passionate about. But you will end up spending that money on the things you like to do instead of doing the things you like to do and getting paid for that thing in the first place. In the first case, you make money to spend on the thing you like to do because you hate your job. In the second case you do what you love and you get paid on top of that... which means you are going to end up MEGA RICH because you will have both money and joy in abundance.
