These videos are fantastic, I've watched them and incorporated each train with kai vids exercise into my regime, I've been doing these workouts for around 5-6 weeks and feel like I'm seeing results, my understanding of my own body has increased through watching these vids, the fact that these vids are free and Kai is sharing his years of experience with us is so cool!! I wasn't a fan of bodybuilding until I started watching Kai, the man is a legend :)
well... i don't know it exactly but i think i know the correct answer shoulder press have a huge focus on your delts... more than on the shoulder itself but after watching the whole episode... they train the shoulders on the back as opposite of the chest
I might be wrong but wouldn't high impact cross fit do much of a better job for fighting crime then sculpting the body? jumping tires power cling and sprinting, guy has a good base already. ANYWAYS! GOOD LUCK KAI! always dig your painting skills big guy=)
i do not know who should I follow regards on t-bar row because Dorian Yates says that you should keep the back much higher.....and sure he is 6 times mr olympia..
Anyone watching this, I need help. I've got an old rotary cuff injury, and from this I can't train shoulders properly without it being sore the next day. I make sure I don't do push workouts while it's sore, as I don't want to aggravate it, or make it worse, and when I do a push workout I make sure to warm up sufficiently. Could anyone give me advice or a workout which will help with rehab and strengthening it back up?
I have a rotator injury from playing baseball years ago. I thought I couldn't do shoulders but I started with very light weight. Like 30lbs over head press. It was tough but I kept at it. After a few months you should get stronger and it will feel better. I can now do 80 lbs or more.
Nothing new. Concentrate, contract, stretch and grow. SImple rules and basic bodybuilding. Its staying consistent over a long time that seperates the normal from the freaks. One day I will be a freak.
