    Hi Mr.Greene...its been a lifetime my friend..you have been working all your life at this.. I was there seeing you as a tennager working out and dancing to RnB music at our group home in middletown NY getting stronger and stronger.. You have been dedicated to training all your life and it a honor to have known you and to see you successful. GOD BLESS YOU FROM YOUR PUERTO RICAN LIL BROTHER ROBERT ROQUE.

    hello Mr Kai you may or may not see this but this is my first time ever watching this film/series and the way you put yourself physically and most importantly mentally and spiritually really shows, well to me personally that you were all in for it, whatever it took you to get where you’re at now and in short terms i honor you and respect you for that. And whoever the guy that was with you and trained with you during this time I hope he’s well and god bless you both.

      Matt Royal Fitness if avg meal was 3bucks times 6 meals a day= $18 per day times 30 days that's $ 540 per month, give or take.

    • @hdaniels30
      @hdaniels30 9 років тому +4

      Matt Royal Fitness Cutler said he spends $100K a year on food. Even if thats a rough estimate, it's a lot! He also said that because of eating so much, that he's never really hungry for or craving a specific food because eating is like work.
      I've only been back lifting for a year, and trying to eat clean and track macros for a few months. I'm at 2500 cals a day and NOTHING sounds good to me because eating is a chore; to get 2500 CLEAN calories is new to me and a lot of eating. I cannot imagine 6k - 10k calories a day!

    Need to train the rotar cuff before any bench press workout. Sets of dips and pull ups will to the job

    • @GoFuckYourself123345
      @GoFuckYourself123345 10 років тому +7

      no they will absolutely not. internal and external rotations will do it ...and you NEVER train them BEFORE benching... at the end of the workout (preferably whenever you do shoulders)

    • @khyoon14
      @khyoon14 10 років тому

      GoFuckYourself123345 Exactly...

    • @Jader13254
      @Jader13254 10 років тому +1

      khyoon14 no. You never train your rotator cuff. Its not necessery. Iz the chain to rotate your arms. You only need warm up them by doing all directions preferebly with a resistance band before you're doing upper body work (shoulders/back/chest/arms), because they are very prone to injury. Also, if you maintain correct form, pull your shoulders back, imagine you bend the bar, keep your back and legs under tension, you're already very safe, since rotators aren't affected then. But if u doing it wrong and with no warm up, u might get shoulder pain - every single workout.

    can someone explain to me what the purpose of the false grip is? Kai is benching with it and I can't help but cringe when I see that.. I always fear someones going to let the bar slip out and then their dead. Obviously Kai can support that weight but I just don't see the purpose of this grip, even when he deadlifts he uses it, why??

    • @Esveeart
      @Esveeart 9 років тому

      For some its a comfort thing, but different grips will slighty target different areas. A full grip will hit the chest more, a false grip will be balanced, and a suicide grip will target the triceps more

    No disrespect but that is not a proper drop set you need a guy on each side of the barbell and for them to QUICKLY Rip off a plate or two at the end of the last rep so that your muscles never get to rest you lighten the load as the muscle literally dies. It's hard to do, the pain also being able to accurately plan how much weight to drop each set. If you do it right though, nothing better.
