i really like this guys training style and his attitude and approach to training, first time ive watched kai greene train and have learnt much, gonna put more thought into what im doing in the gym from now on, instead of my get this out the way attitude.
I don't wanna say about the red cap guy, (from the ppls comments, i agreed) but i simply love Kai... He's the best in all like body building, like explaining, like train with patience....
Too much hate in every single bodybuilding video I watch. I just don't get why bodybuilding fellows can't be as united as other sports' professionals. It's just a training video.. you apply or not... period. No one has to impose anything nor disqualify any comment.
This guy didn't deserve to work with Kai, he looks like a fucking massive ego lifter. He gives advice and he doesn't even attempt to change his form. Sickening right here... and don't say you can do the same weight and same reps. you aren't even close to kai
Kyle Adams love how you claim the guy in the video is cocky and then boast about how you're in better shape. Lol good example dude, I'll surely be looking up to you for your humble advice... not.
Kyle Adams You lift heavy and change your form, its easy to change it when its light but when you change it heavy you are using different muscles like the guy said in the video. You train for a hour then do some more training with every rep heavy and see if you could do lunges with a bar with perfect form.
they definitely could of found a more deserving, more polite person to work with kai and actually use the form he teaches. kai shouldnt have wasted his time with him. great vid though for the rest of us.
This Guy must frustrate the hell out of kai. He is taking his tine to meditate and breakdown the mindset of the movements aswel as the mechanical movements. And this guy still does it wrong. Every. Single. Time. Why? Kai is such a great thinker but this meathead just wants to move the weight. How can he even get to the lecel he is the now without having yhe abillity to take feedback and control his own body mechanics?
Some people are easy to coach some people are not. This guy is doing new things and has never trained this hard he is struggling as well so he is burnt out trying to keep up and his form is shitting. His mindset is not as strong as kai's as well.
95 pound Jefferson squats and single-legged hamstring raises for a warm-up? Sorry editor, but there's not a chance in hell Nick is tired after 3 sets of deadlifts. No one gets to his stage with such minimal stamina. I think he's more tired of Kai's passive-aggressive, backhanded advice then the physical workload itself.
1.It's obvious you have no clue how Kai actually lifts 2.The emphasis Kai is placing on hitting the proper form and making sure that muscle contracts correctly, if you have never done it right up to that point, will make that muscle fatigue quickly.
Jared Edelstein There's no prob with Kai or Nick. It's more like YOU are projecting your feelings of inadequacy onto others. Sorry, it's definitely you! :P
I've been lifting for 10 years and only in the last year was trained to force maximum contraction in my glutes with squats and dead. I fatigue at a fraction of the weight now. It does not look as impressive but the muscle stimulation is far greater and hence the gains. Kai nailing this bang on by going beyond observable mechanics and focusing on the unseen feeling of muscle contraction.
this series is absurd. kai greene is a guy who can bench 500 for reps but then he's training a guy who's already strong and has him doing RDL's with 135 pounds. if kai thinks that somehow lifting baby weight and concentrating really hard will get you bigger than if you just lift more weight, he is deluded and not qualified to train anyone, and i can't believe that he thinks this considering how strong he is. a mind-muscle connection is required to do movements correctly but how the hell does it make you grow more? there is not a bit of useful training knowledge for anyone in here.
Okay dude why then are so many geeks out there who can bench 405lbs for reps and have no fucking chest at all? They squat like 405 lbs and have no legs to speak off. Who are you? Show some pictures of you if you know better than a 2 time arnold classic champion how to build muscle. Sure Kai Greene is able to bench 500lbs for reps but all that is a MINOR part of his training. He does that maybe 15-20% max. of the time he´s in the gym if even that. If you think that he doesn´t give useful advise you are plain stupid. Fact is that all the heavy weight in the world will give you nothing if you don´t have the BASICS in place which are proper form and sharp mind muscle connection. Again if it was about weight you would see all powerlifters in the world with world class physiques but most of them are just fat shits with some muscle underneath. Try it for yourself please do that jefferson squat with the "baby weigh"t and tell me it´s not fucking hard and burns like hell. Chances are if you don´t find it heavy you are just bouncing around like Nick trigili in this video!Nobody said you should lift 5 lbs up and down but guaranteed 100% more productive for muscle hypertrophy is: moderate weight with good form > heavy weight with shitty form
FLEXPRO93 why do you think heavy weight means bad form? form kept constant, more weight will make you a lot bigger than just thinking really hard about your muscles and doing a dozen leg exercises for 4x15 or whatever retarded volume scheme kai has going here. it works for him because he is on absurd amounts of gear but will give anyone else nothing but DOMS. mind-muscle connection doesn't mean shit: if you do a movement right, the right muscles will be worked, regardless of how hard you flex while doing it. muscle for a natty person is built with progressive overload, not flexing really hard and getting a burn on.
FLEXPRO93 have you seen powerlifters in untested federations? they are monstrous, damn near as big as ifbb pros, and they show up shredded to competitions. the main difference is that they don't train as much for hypertrophy and use different sets of drugs that don't make them superfluously huge like bodybuilders. you're also missing my point again: movements done correctly will recruit the targeted muscles because using the targeted muscles is the most efficient way to do it. if bench doesn't make your chest big you're doing it wrong, or if an rdl doesn't work your hamstrings, your form is what's wrong, not that you aren't excessively flexing and thinking really hard about your hamstrings. call proper form "mind muscle connection" if you want, but growth doesn't come from feeling a contraction really well. the shit works for kai because he is on stupid amounts of drugs so it really doesn't matter how me trains.
everybody is saying that guy is big or hes not listening as wel but there is no respect towards kai greene and he doesnt understand the muscle mind connection so hes a meathead failure
Props to kai for being so patient with this dude
I love how focused Kai is. If I got the chance to train him with him the intensity levels would be through the roof.
i really like this guys training style and his attitude and approach to training, first time ive watched kai greene train and have learnt much, gonna put more thought into what im doing in the gym from now on, instead of my get this out the way attitude.

grab us some water an we get started - after 1h of training
thats greatness
Stiff-Legged Deadlift looks like the stress is put on back as opposed to legs, so if it is good for legs, doesn't it train back just as much?
Your back comes into play regardless but you have to put your mind on your glutes and hamstrings. Contract your legs.
I think Nick was in a daze trying to calculate how Kai's pants could realistically be put on and not rip
I agree , so much hate . He's tryin his best clearly . He's trying to keep up with number two In the world . c'mon
Can't wait to hit legs now lol
0:44-0:53 is a bit...... disturbing. I'd look the other way.
kai just made a ballet reference!!!
13:14 is a Mr. Miyagi moment...
listen 10:26 xddddd go kaiii :DD

not hard to keep your fucking knees locked.

Im just saying he cares too much about the weight. that's why he tries to match kai on everything
I think your judging him based on his looks
his pants are offensively tight lol
😂😂😂
That dude looks like he is all ego and pride. Kai is a top tier champion, remember Arnold went to a ballet.. Sad.
WHY ISNT HE MR O YET!
they definitely could of found a more deserving, more polite person to work with kai and actually use the form he teaches. kai shouldnt have wasted his time with him. great vid though for the rest of us.

I mean when you see a 300 pound man split squatting 95 pounds you know there must be a good reason lol
Can't believe Kai can even be taken serious. Guy is a straight up creep who does all his gay for pay shit all over.

Ass hole a mia
So arrogant and ungrateful
