This new sail look like the mast bend more than the model before ? More tension? It makes me think of the 2018 models purple they needed more tension and were less powerfull. Is this model like that ?
@dudulevi8933 the 5.2 is definitely heavy for me too, im 74kg. But still I had fun with it this summer. It was the first time i used it and in some condition i was planning à lot more than with the 4.8. The moves were very slow though. I will consider this new 5.0, yet a new need lol
@lafgreg the 5.2 is one 9f my favorite Sails, especially because the power it's give me in my home spot. And then on the 4.8 I feel like I have a small Sail aging. But I tried the 5.0 and it's just a perfect size! For normal windsurfing and for pushing the limits

would have been cool to see you actually rig it, how much downhaul you pull! ; )
@murer8 I'll put the extension on 26cm with the 370 mast and leave one finger space between the extension to the sail
This is the 4.4
@@dudulevi8933 perfect that's what i need. did you also put -2cm and one finger on all the 2024 sails? outhaul also a bit less?
@murer8 only on the down hole
Same on 4.8 and 4.4

@lafgreg same mast and same tension, maybe the angle of the video make it looks different.
The sail is powerful and more accurate than before🤙
What do you think about the new 5.0 yeah? Why did they add the 5.0 size?
@lafgreg I ordered two haha! Very good size.. if you feel that 5.2 is too big for you, like me 72+- kg
Or perfect for foilstyle
