Hats off to the brave airline staff who single handedly handled the situation. Security staff very week as expected. Unlike foreign countries, our security staff gets involved in the tussle instead of having the capacity of taking action against the unruly passengers who use foul language and mar the image of our country at airports especially when videos are posted on international websites. Security arrangement should be such that their presence or appearance itself should deter anyone from making a scene and must have back up support team to defuse the situation immediately rather than getting into the situation and involving themselves too as though they could solve the problem.

I didn't get one thing if all the passengers were in hurry and had so much important work to do then why they were wasting the time by creating a nuisance in that premises? I know spicejet has a bad reputation of canceling flights but that doesn't meen that people will shout on ground staff like that. I think the video uploader is not well known about the things behind the timely take of and landing of a bird. A flight can be cancelled by the airlines if there are some issues like technical, weather and others and airlines do the cancellations for the safety of passengers as well as the crews. So understand that.

Do u know flight operations depends on lot off aspects which sometimes beyond airlines control and that happens also with every airlines whether it is luxurious airlines like Qatar Etihad Singapore ground staff can't do anything in that but the act u r doing with airlines staff is really horrendous, he is also human being if u pay for tickets means u r entitled to get certain services that doesn't mean u purchase that staff too n u will do whatever u want u need to understand none of the airline want its passenger in hassle.
