Jab hum logo ne paise diye hain saaman ke sath toh saaman kyo nahi aaya. Also, kya woh saaman insured hai by air india ki agar nahi aaya toh one will get compensation. First time i am seeing something like this. Why not leave some seats vacant if due to fog more fuel is needed. I hope sir you raise it to ministry of aviation and a law is made on this so that common man does not suffer.

Nahi Bhai, Aisa hota hai yaar, Jab Fogg rehta hai, tab kabhi kabhi landing karna possible nhi hota, tab unhe go around ya fir divert karna padta hai, to generally har plane me (A320 aur 737 se upar) 1/2 hr ke fuel jyada leke chalte hain, but in foggy situation, wo fuel 1 hr or usse bhi jyada, kabhi kabhi to 2 hr Tak bhi extra fuel leke chalte hain (generally in bigger planes).
So, ye hota hai, but inke Jo staff hain pata nahi kaise behave kar rahe hain, baat tak nhi kar rahe. Aise case me ye Airline ki jimmedari hai ki wo next flight kisi bhi company ke me wo bag ko send kare jise rush bag kaha jata hai.
Technical issue sahi hai, just ek system hona chaheye sabkuch clear karne ka passengers ke leye.
Agar extra fuel nhi rakhoge toh landing miss hone pe bhot dikkat hogi, crash bhi hosakta hai.
Aur pilot last mae hi decide kar pata hai. Ess matter ke uper foreign ke pilots and aviation groups ne bhi bola hai. Ye issue normal hai, yeh hota hi hai rough weather mae.

Though this cause big problem for customer yet this Luggage Forgetting is not a new or big thing for Airlines. I don't think this has to be made such a big issue. Once Turkish Airlines left my luggage at Istanbul Airport while I landed at Mumbai . Though I was also very agitated yet I lodged complaint with the Authoritis calmly.They provided me some toiletries kit. I came back to home in HP. In couple of days ,a person from Airlines came to my home with luggage . So it was a mixed experience for me.
