It's definitely extremely well done, but my forever favorite will always be the David Bowie / Bing Crosby rendition. Still a beautiful song, and there is no wrong opinion. :)

+redwhitentrue ptx for me is also way better but its because its a modern version of acapela that more people can enjoy, this is like kind of old school acapela and only certain people will like this type of music. but like its in the title this is more of a vocal band then an acapela group.

There is "bad" a cappella, but Face definitely is not bad. Arguably, Pentatonix and Face are both as amazing as can be. I am a huge fan of Pentatonix, having seen them in concert twice and met Kirstie, but I've also seen Face in concert and have met all of them, so alas I am a huge fan of them as well. Back to my point, there is no "true" a cappella and both PTX and Face are amazing and so, so good at what they do. Of course, you are entitled to your opinion, however I would wish to counter said belief.
Ptx adds way too much gingerbread to their songs, no pun intended. The pop songs are fun, but the more traditional sound from face is so much more enjoyable and heartfelt for Christmas carols. Also, Avi Kaplan was ptx's greatest asset and he left the group about a year ago, boo. At any rate I thought this version was great, keep up the good work Face!

Heard the song done much better by Gather Vocal Band..... These guys really did not do much with the song at all.
