@@RoseBeef. Id maybe agree if it was anything else. But I guarantee that bite was legitimately extremely painful. Centipede bites are known to be. Also, I feel that in general Mark acts a lot more honest about the pain than Coyote did.
@@RoseBeef. I feel like it being more aggressive as a predator and it's ability to seek you out should have tipped it over the Bark Scorpion. But I understand how the aftermath pain can be the deciding factor here.
Sound effects aside, I think this centipede looked more angry than Coyote's one. And the bite had a lot more power and ferocity behind it. It was absolutely going to town on that snake hook.
I’ve worked with a few of these and it’s really hard to describe how surprisingly strong these things are for their size. Super glad I never got tagged! 😅 thanks for showing these should not be messed with

Hope you're okay, Mark! ❤💚
Totally, that Centipede was way above the intimidation scale of ANY other critter recorded by Mark... Probably a 14/15 on the scale!! This Is the FIRST Time, I was on alert during the whole test! Insane
@DravenGal I did the same, my heart started pounding the minute Mark was bitten! His pain tolerance is higher than Coyote’s so I know it had to be over the top! I was very concerned as well.
I’ve been following you since I was maybe 10-11 because I love those videos. I beg you to be careful when you do those. I am 16 now and I’m still watching your videos.
I agree, a lot of people don’t realize how high is pain tolerance is to venom and the such. Mark also had a much higher pain tolerance then Coyote and this made Mark scream, I’d like to see Jack take a bite from this particular species of centipede.
Dude you’re straight crazy letting the centipede bite you! Holy crap man in my worst nightmares. the venom is flesh deteriorating as well??? You may never recover around the bite area with a rotting hole in your flesh.. Big respect to you! You definitely have a screw loose brother 👍
That's what's funny, I've been bitten by both species and heros is like 6-7 out of 10 and I think I'm ranking that to high, but Dehaani? Dehaani don't pull any punches
It would be interesting for Coyote to get bitten by this one so he can compare it. But he also got hospitalized last time and I am sure he would be scared to have that happen again. That being said, maybe? Wouldn't shock me to see him take a crack at it down the line.
How does this poor guy go through all of this for us? Only 15k likes for amount of pain I PROMISE YOU none of us will ever understand. Thanks Mark I’m sorry you went through this hell but I appreciate it.

I was on a class trip to Greece back when I was 18. We slept in tents and had our stuff in backpacks. One morning we were about to leave for a daytrip and I was picking up my backpack and tried to swing it on my shoulder, and all over sudden, I saw a 10-15cm long creature falling to the ground and running away. After some research back at home (there was no mobile internet back then) I discovered that it was a scolopendra cingulata, the biggest species of scolopendras in Europe. Scolopendras aren’t very popular in Europe, most people, at least in my country, do not even know, that such big things exist. I didn’t know either back then. But I still get goosebumps when I think about this situation. Especially since I learned about their power here on UA-cam.
Coyote Peterson said the giant desert centipede was the most painful, now Mark is saying this centipede is the worst. There is something about centipedes that makes their bites so painful.

Same. Fk that noise.
😂
A bee sting is a lot worse so fair enough
@@childishjambino9281A bee sting is worse than this centipede? (Genuinely asking, I have no idea what this centipedes bite is really like)
@@childishjambino9281A lot worse? I'm pretty sure Mark said that this centipedes bite has the worst bite in the pain index. If i can recall that means it ranks above the bullet ant and I can assure you a bullet ants bite is much much worse then your average bee sting.
I've seen a lot of the bite videos, but this one looked like the worst and most painful by some margin. Every replay I saw, I squirmed and my mouth was open.
Props to you Mark and team.
That was the calmest "thanks" while screaming in pain asking for the first aid kit
yeah almost like he broke character
No time clip?
@@RoseBeef. Id maybe agree if it was anything else. But I guarantee that bite was legitimately extremely painful. Centipede bites are known to be. Also, I feel that in general Mark acts a lot more honest about the pain than Coyote did.
@@RoseBeef. A comment newer than yours talks about how he got bit by one on a boat and ripped his pants off and swam to shore with his vision blurring from the fast heartrate and that his balls shrunk when he saw Mark willingly get bit by one. Pretty sure there's no character here to break. Besides, being polite while in agony is actually possible, scary thought!
the centipede clearing his antenna after the bite is like "yep, my job here is done"
Earth: "I'm Mark Vins and I'm ready to enter the bite zone...Gaaaah!"
Aliens looking for intelligent life:
"...not here"
Who thinks this should have been ranked higher than the bark scorpion? (And tell us why)
Your choice
Bark scorpion number 1
*C H O M P*
I feel like it being more aggressive as a predator and it's ability to seek you out should have tipped it over the Bark Scorpion. But I understand how the aftermath pain can be the deciding factor here.
Borneo? Wow
You guys should check out a guy named Kevin Wiley, he takes all the bites and stings you guys do but doesn’t make a peep.. 😊
The way that centipede bite was terrifying compared to coyote’s bite. You can hear the squish from that bite
The sound is added in post.
@@Herlgar don't ruin it for me.
Sound effects aside, I think this centipede looked more angry than Coyote's one. And the bite had a lot more power and ferocity behind it. It was absolutely going to town on that snake hook.
I'm willing to bet all those sounds are added in in post production
@@snake698 they are, without a doubt.
Was waiting for the 'You ok Mark?' and it was perfectly timed lol
9:12 *NO* 😂😂
You should definitely wear a heart rate monitor for stuff like this.
Imagine that thing goes beep, beep, beeeeeeeeep
I’ve worked with a few of these and it’s really hard to describe how surprisingly strong these things are for their size. Super glad I never got tagged! 😅 thanks for showing these should not be messed with
Wow, this is the first creature where I found myself backing away from the screen. I was terrified for you, Mark! No jokes, thank you for your efforts to educate us Mark! You deserve a 10/10 for bravery. I don't like most crawlies with more that six legs (caterpillars are fine) but this freaked me out. I seriously may have nightmares about that 'pede.
@@jossuea.aguirre7682 Totally and completely! ❤💚
@@sandyaw3057 Oh, is it higher? Yipes and double yipes! ❤💚

Oh god... I was in total pain watching this... 😢😢😢 I Could not move when you where screaming... 😭
you could put on a pulse oximeter to measure 02 and heart beat to see what happens after the bite
The amount of will power that it takes not to crush the living hell out of that thing the second it bites you is insane
You cant really get angry with it when you picked it up, annoyed it and deliberately placed it next to your arm...
Centipede: "So you have chosen... death."
The lid was not completely closed, it was open a little bit and made me anxious! you could see the lid properly at 4.37 props to you mark!
Thank you for teaching about animals and bugs. You’ve sparked curiosity and interest in bugs for me
Centipede: *Oh, hi Mark*
Centipede: Not again....
The Room :D
😂
Centipede: *I did not bite him. It's not true. It's BS, I did not bite him. I did not...*
You're my favorite human!
Mark. Screaming in pain
Camera guy... you ok mark?
Me....😂😂😂😂😂😂
“You ok Mark?”
💀
I would venture to say, no. 😂
I’ve been following you since I was maybe 10-11 because I love those videos. I beg you to be careful when you do those. I am 16 now and I’m still watching your videos.
Our boy Lockie there on assist! What a legend
"May I have another?" -Jack from Jack's world of wild life.
Jack has the highest pain tolerance I ever seen.
Woof! 😂
I agree, a lot of people don’t realize how high is pain tolerance is to venom and the such. Mark also had a much higher pain tolerance then Coyote and this made Mark scream, I’d like to see Jack take a bite from this particular species of centipede.
Facts
The fact that they're showing a close up of the centipede cleaning its fangs after the bite is making me laugh more than ever
Imagine beeing a centipede coming from work and a dude with a glas catches you.
That centipede was really pissed off and waited for that moment.
Wouldn’t you be
i wanna see your reaction to being put naked in a glass box & filmed, by giants! 😅
Why wouldn’t it be pissed off? It was provoked.
"I'm Coyote Peterson. Welcome to The Human Centipede."
😂😂
😂😂
That movie is gross lol I only seen the first one but after that I was done
It's not radioactive so no "human centipede human centipede, does whatever a human centipede does"😂
@@brianalderman7350same
i have never seen mark get like this and it's actually terrifying especially when centipedes are the most horrifying creature on this planet
Yep
The sound of this thing moving in the container is spine chilling
Its added in post. They went a bit overboard with it though.
@@NG-VQ37VHR I mean, the centipede's legs scraped up his arm while he was getting bitten.. so I am sure they made some kind of sound in the container.
It’s all added in post man.
@ohlookaflower.5961 don't care
you know it's bad when even MARK starts screaming in uncontrollable agony.
"The terror of borneo"
centipede: *calmly administers bite like a doctor giving a shot*
"Please tell me you got that shot?" "Nope, the camera was off." 😂
Wound the beast up for 40mins before taking that bite... what did they expect 😂😂
That monster let him have the full dose 😂
It's pretty crazy how such a small critter can make a grown man dance around like an ape in pain lol
Me: I would like to work for Brave the wilderness
Coyote: okay bring our the snake, centipede, stone fish and bullet ants.
Me: 💀
Dude you’re straight crazy letting the centipede bite you!
Holy crap man in my worst nightmares.
the venom is flesh deteriorating as well??? You may never recover around the bite area with a rotting hole in your flesh..
Big respect to you!
You definitely have a screw loose brother 👍
Stop posting
"IM NEVER DOING THAT AGAIN"
😳🤣🤣
...IM SORRY SIR I LAUGHED AFTER THAT....🎉
This is much worse than Coyote's Giant Desert Centipede. You should invite him to experience that Flame Centipede
That's what's funny, I've been bitten by both species and heros is like 6-7 out of 10 and I think I'm ranking that to high, but Dehaani? Dehaani don't pull any punches
how do you know is worst ???
@@nf9098 Coyote's one didn't penetrate his flesh, unlike this one.
It would be interesting for Coyote to get bitten by this one so he can compare it. But he also got hospitalized last time and I am sure he would be scared to have that happen again. That being said, maybe? Wouldn't shock me to see him take a crack at it down the line.
making a comparison without any basis is not intelligent
The vibrato in his scream let you know he's in agony.
if i saw a centipede i'd be running like a baby😂
crawling too...
why run? as long as you don't bother it, it doesn't bother you. However, yes centipedes are quite scary looking XD
@@franciswyvern good luck ignoring it
I'd be making some embarrassing sounds while scooting away. Nope nope nope.
I've seen a few here in Australia as a kid, and while I didn't run, I did relocate myself to another area pretty quickly. 😂
What an absolutely beautiful animal. The colors are just crazy.
That "NO" was coyotes spirit 😂
Calling it a snake😂😂😂😂 when he gets bit.. took me tf out
I think he said get the snake hook. But I'm not 100%
"Help me with the snake"
7:56 or so he says "help me with the snake hook Lockie"
Throw on the captions, and even it shows that.
Oooo true. Hahaha still funny though
How does this poor guy go through all of this for us? Only 15k likes for amount of pain I PROMISE YOU none of us will ever understand. Thanks Mark I’m sorry you went through this hell but I appreciate it.
The "OHH GODD HELP ME HELP ME GET ITS HEAD" made me laugh so hard😂😂
what looks more frightening in the thumbnail: the centipide or mark's facial expression😂
Marks facial expression
I like how when he asked for the first aid kit it was like
“AHHHHHH”
“GET THE FIRST AID KIT”
“Thanks”
“AHHHHHHH”
The screaming was momentarily paused to be polite

Centipede: You told me to do it....
"You ok Mark?"
"NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO"
Where's Staff Sargent Barnes when you need him? "TAKE THE PAIN!"
8:38 that calm and collected "Thanks." got me lol
Yeah… That kind of gave away that his whole reaction was in fact an act.
LMAOO
I mean coyote told y’all years ago this one was the worst 😂

Coyote Peterson said the giant desert centipede was the most painful, now Mark is saying this centipede is the worst. There is something about centipedes that makes their bites so painful.
the venom
Keep in mind that this man already has a certain resistance to poisons due to all the stings he suffered. 💀
His health insurance must be sooooo pissed working with this guy XD
Wonder what the long term ramifications are of all the toxins he has taken. Either not good or he'll live past 100
