    This is incredible! I've used it twice this week! I pb'd my back squats, strict press and deadlifts! It was like my muscles were "extra" activated! I will be doing this every morning I wake up before training! Thank you so much! Can't wait to get even stronger with this!

      if I close my eyes for the hypnosis session on this it just puts me to sleep and I miss my workout I have to listen to it with my eyes opened

    This video turned my morning around. I was feeling sluggish and hormonal and I was heading out for a run, but decided to listen to this in the hopes it would make me get a winning attitude BEFORE my run, since I was not feeling too great. And you rocked it, and then I rocked it! THANK YOU!

    I'd have to listen to this quite early in the morning for my workout...I've been working out for 11 years straight and it's nice to go to the gym with some great suggestions in my soul to give me that boost. Instead of listening to negativity from your own mind and haters, looks like you want to help rather than hinder peoples progress

    Thank you sharing. I did not know if it was going to help me during my running, I was able to complete my training day by visualizing the words successful, completion, happiness. i will be listening to this one a lot! I will be completing the marathon I set as a goal.

    can you do one about organization and house cleaning? I love listening to you and there's only a few videos I've found on this subject that I can tolerate listening to at least. I would listen to yours and I'm sure it would be the best one out here. I love listening to your stuff!

      Ask yourself why you want to workout ? Whatever it maybe for your health to look better for your kids if you have kids let that be your motivation once you start your journey and start seeing the progress in a few weeks it will motivate you more!!! Remember its not only workingout you got to eat right also to see the transformation in your body ..

    I love the messages and ideas portrayed in this session, sometimes I tap into a different level of energy in the gym maybe once every 10-20 workouts. I can keep repping out and add 20% to my lifts with ease. I understand this is a faculty of the mind that I am accessing or passing beyond so study the mind on a daily basis, practice visualisations, changing beliefs and habits etc.
    Subliminals have worked from time to time but my results with meditations and hypnosis are very limited, the output is yet to be worth the input. I do not enter a hypnotic state, no videos that try to induce me into a hypnotic state have done so effectively to date. I understand it is the allowing of the self to let go and enter the hypnotic state that brings about the hypnotic state but my stubborn self does not appear to want to relax into that place even though my logical brain is saying do it! Are you able to offer any suggestions to improve ones susceptibility to hypnotic suggestion/states of trance?

      Lee Gallagher Hi Lee, thanks for the positive words. To answer you question, I'm not much of a fan of the term "susceptibility" for hypnosis, as to me it implies a kind of weakness or a subservient situation. When I'm engaged in hypnosis I understand that it completely by my choice, and always by my power. So in this way, hypnotherapy is entirely empowering and beneficial, not a state where we give up control to another. You can follow any suggestion I say in the video, but you can also choose not to at any moment. It's a choice, really, not a trick or a deception. The movies and stage shows make it seem much more mysterious than it is. Hypnosis is as simple as reading a great book and losing track of time. Hope you enjoy listening :)

      Thanks Michael ;) think the biggest part is simply keep telling myself 'Hey, this is working' haha, that's when things appear to work, occasionally my self be a little stubborn :P Thoroughly enjoyed the post workout video, experienced some most vivid scenes and slept like a baby, would recommend to anyone checking these comments.       Also, the suggestions are great and I accept the suggestions. What tells me it may not be working is that I do not enter a sleeping yet awake state like with meditation. As in, 'oh my nose is itching, scratch' it, I'm always fully in control and conscious. Suppose the TV may be devil's advocate here in that I'm expecting something along the lines of 'look into my eyes, you are feeling sleepy, now sleep' then waking up an hour later like woah what happened haha

      Focus on your breathing and nothing else. I used to be hyperaware like you until I learned to just focus. On. Breathing. Really feel ones in and out. Helps a lot.
