Thank you!! First hypnosis and first method overall working for me and my eating habits! I have tried everything to get my chocolate and crisps problem under control - this video had such a strong impact, I'm really surprised! I have listened for the first time four days ago (and a few times since) and have felt no desire to eat unhealthy foods, can tolerate light hunger much better, stop eating when I'm full and have a much stronger focus on what I actually want and need to eat. I highly recommend this video.
I became a non-smoker after listening to this video 5-6 times every night before sleeping. This really works. Also credit to my mind & body for absorbing it and then implementing!

Sara, I have loved many of your meditations and they have been extremely helpful over the years for my healing journey. I am very grateful for your work. I was glad to find this hypnosis today, as I am doing an elimination diet to help with my chronic illnesses. I was suddenly brought right out of the hypnosis from the words about weight. My goal is not to lose weight and I felt fat shamed. Not all healthy eating will lead to weight loss, and it's not required to become healthier. I'd love to see more awareness of body positivity and fat culture, for being heavy is not always a symptom of unhealthiness.
My daughter has anorexia. I have been looking for hypnosis based on helping her recover. This wouldn’t be it but it made me hopeful that I may find something

Didn’t realize it would be mostly about food and eating. A bit of a disappointment because I already eat well and exercise. Was expecting something more general. Still, I see the value in this meditation and know it will help lots of people out there.
Hola Gabriela, I quit drinking ten years ago and it has been the best thing that has ever happened to me. I read a book called The Easy Way to Stop Drinking by Allen Carr. It was great for me because it does not used will power, the method just will make you dislike alcohol . Good luck
I do love almost everything she does and especially liked the beginning thanking mom. But I wonder, is it just me or does the thought of having your eyes glued shut or you hands glued together remind you of a mouse on a glue trap and cause anxiety bordering on panic?
I would prefer a label or description if a video is going to be about weight; this is not a topic that is healthy for everyone to investigate and for me it was quite upsetting and took me out of the hypnosis, which is unfortunate because I was so enjoying it up until that point!
