No, it's not. But it only applies IF you play it well. I do not recommend playing this one up to speed over and over. I don't know anyone who can do it ten times in a row perfectly ... if you do that it will mess with your head too much. To work on it, I play it right & left hand separately, up to speed, then slowly, hands together. Play the triplet scale slowly. Then come back to it later, playing as in a performance, hopefully done right, then on to something else! Also play lots of GH Green's exercises, which will build quickness and accuracy, making this one not such a big deal. No need to spend too much time on this excerpt.
