Tysm for this amazing tutorial! I’m a 2 weeks beginner and I was able to crochet my first bag. It took me three days to do so, I found the tutorial very easy to follow but I did struggle a bit with the handle because I used a 12mm hook; I changed it to a 7mm hook and it did finally work out!. Would definitely crochet it in another colors in the future 🩵

By far the best easy on going crochet tutorial I have seen! Mostly other tutorials would just show how to chain one row and would say "now you do it" & would skip the other parts. 😩 You did everything step by step with us which I appreciate a lot as a new beginner. I was wondering, could I use this as making a laptop sleeve cover? I only have to crochet it higher to the size of my laptop, right? I will definitely try out making this bag as my very first 2024 crochet project :)

Your Tutorial is great, thank you! I want to do the same one in another colorway. One where some parts are just white and then it changes into just black - do i need to knot the black yarn to the white? Or how to do the switch? 💖🦓
Hello! You can definitely do that, you dont need to tie the 2 colours together, but i suggest you search on youtube a video that shows how to change colours (i sadly don’t have one on my channel)🤍 it’s hard to explain over message :(

The handle is so hard 😭😭 but it helped me a lot to mark those 3 chains every row!

Because I think that I’m not doing rightly, it’s strange but my bag is becoming bigger as long as I’m knitting 😅
Hello! you only need to slip stitch when you're done making the row, so there should only be slip stitches in one side of the bag. hope this helps! ❤@@moohaio4324

Salut! Si tu le fais pareil comme mon video ca va être trop petit pour porter sur ton épaule. Si tu veux pouvoir le porter sur ton épaule il va juste falloir que tu fasses une plus longue sangle! 💕
Question! I am new to crochet, why do you join after each round vs doing continuous rounds? What difference does it make in the end product?
Hello! The honest answer is that I learned to work in rows and stuck to it. 😅 I rarely do continuous rounds so I couldn't answer:(

Hii :), if you’re talking about the slip stitches sort of shifting, it’s normal! When using slip stitches in rounds, they tend to bend diagonally :/ hope this helps!

idk why but when i do the slip stitches the "line"moves to the right instead of being straight. i have tried everything but it wont stay straight like on your bag

Search “I cord” and crochet one for the handle. Then just slip stitch it onto the bag

I tried this, it’s becoming smaller and smaller after every round. What m I doing wrong??
you’re probably accidentally skipping stitches or your gauge is off so it’s becoming tighter which means smaller but if not then maybe you’re skipping stitches like accidentally not crocheting in every single stitch
