This is the best tutorial. Totally new to crochet and I wanted to make something fairly uncomplicated and this fit the bill. The cording is a bit stiff to work with, but having completed this project in about 3 hours (remember, a totally new crocheter), I am so happy with this! Thanks for the tutorial.
I made this for my daughter and everyone that saw it was shocked I made it, so was I 😂 Going to be making more in different colors and going to try expanding the base to make it into a beach bag/basket. I’ve made one about 4x the size to carry my crochet supplies and projects to travel, parks, beaches, etc. I will say the bag itself did get quite heavy! ☺️
