- NIGERIAN BEANS PIE - I spent a lot of my childhood eating this delicious snack and happy I can share the recipe with you. I hope you love this Beans Pie as much as I do. Download There Is Food At Home here selar.co/55v530
BEANS PIE RECIPE
Ingredients
Beans
Onions
Ata rodo
Salt
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon yeast
Pinch of salt
2 tablespoons butter
1&1/2 cup water
Sugar 1/3 cup
Vegetable Oil
PREPARATION
Mix flour, baking powder, salt yeast sugar butter and rub together.
Add water gradually to form a dough. Don’t knead.
Immediately make small balls then roll out on a table, put the cooked beans in the middle, brush with water to seal then cover and press with a fork.
Transfer to hot oil and fry till browned
