Have had VZW 4G LTE for nearly a year in rural central IL near Peoria. It has been stable and solid. No issues and they even sent a signal extender at no charge! Price is $25/mo on auto pay with paperless bill. Also have 5 lines of wireless. Verizon works well for us!
Thank you very much for this video...My area doesn't have 5G available yet either....I am a Verizon customer for over 15 yrs.....Im looking at T-Mobile also.....doing my research...Thank you again...
I have kept mine for 2 years no issues , have not been able to overload it even with the grandkids logging on with all their devices / my 5" square cube is white & I pay $25/month Works better than either the Comcast cable or the AT&T cable I have had before. Would be nice if they had a central website dedicated to this service with an e-mail client or other tools . I had to glean my info & take the plunge based off what I learned from UA-cam Channels
I’ve had it for about 4 months. 6 weeks ago it started getting very slow. Upload speed is down to 8.41Mbps. I’ve spent over 3 hours on chat/phone with CS. I want to throw this PoS through my window.
I feel like its a rib off people in the citys pays $25 for the 5G Home Internet and they get a Echo Show 10 with it, but us living in the Rural can only get LTE and we pay the same and dont get the Echo Show 10
Not true I live in NYC the Bronx I pay 65$ monthly with crappy 50 megs per second ready to disconnected. They promise me I was gonna get 5G speeds I got LTE speeds. I think I'm gonna disconnect my wifi and choose an unlimited 5G plan and use my phone as a Hotspot.
I cant get their 5G Home either. I've had their 4GLTE Home for a couple of months which is usually capped at 50mbps. Not super fast, but I haven't really notice a lot of a difference in my home internet. Only issue is the speed being throttled to 9mbps at times. 2mbps upload. I hate having to call Support so often. I'd give it a GOOD right now. :-)
Massive phone 220/60 Home Internet 4G 50/6 The phones speeds are all over the place 50/220 and upload 20/60. Verizon really needs to redo their premium Network consideration LOL. The only places that they truly have chromium Network is it when you live in a massive City like LA or New York and most of the time those places are so congested that you get slower speeds yet of like 30 to 80 which again is still a big jump in numbers that works really should not be performing that terrible in terms of fluctuation. It's usually an overcrowded Network was not enough back call to support their users and this is also why it's great out in the country to have quite a few antennas that are about a mile or so from each other or something to me so you can also offload customers on to different sites
Jason is right. I live in NYC and 5G isn't available in my hood, my sister lives 2 blocks from me and has 5G... Her runs @ 300/20 mbps, mine run @ 50/6 mbps and I pay 65$ a month. My 5G phone blows Verizon speeds out of the water @ 300 mbps...
Something funky is going on with Verizon Home LTE service around here. I don't know if they've lifted the speed cap or if they're quietly using us as beta-testers for a planned 5G Home service rollout in the area... but over the last two weeks my DL speeds have been steadily increasing. First it was about 75mbps, then 150bps, then 250mbps, now I'm getting 300+ mbps during peak hours and over 500mbps off-peak. But video streaming is still throttled below 10mbps. Go figure.
