I tried to watch the previous upload, but gave up. I really appreciate the translation, man. You're helping share entertainment and creativity across borders in a time when it's important to see each other as people.
Thanks BMI Russian for the English dubbing as it's hard to fully understand what's going on without you, Thanks to Vlad and the lads for a great video too😎👍
glad we got the full dub. hope you all stay safe in theses not so good times . much love to all of you from some guy and his family in the middle of nowhere USA .
The intro to these videos is the most crucial part to understanding the experiment. I haven't had much success in the past with auto translated subtitles.
"We steer with our eyes, *look where we want the car to go.* " Words that Canada's Worst Driver taught me, and words that they DEFINITELY should teach in drivers ed.
I find it hilarious that this was released as another video. Also thankful that they fixed it! 😆 We love your videos regardless of who's running your country!
You guys should try wiring a supercharger to an AC compressor clutch, and wire 2 separate ECUs in the same circuit. One would be stock and the other one would be remapped for the supercharger. Instant 40+hp gain at the flip of a switch! Have a switch turn off the stock ECU, and another one to turn on the remap ECU and supercharger. That would be cool to see.
Many modern superchargers already have clutches like that. They're mostly on twin charged vehicles that shut the supercharger off after the turbo spools up. It would still be interesting if they put one on a Lada or something and wired it to a switch.
There a guy whose car was reviewed on UA-cam as well. It was a Lexus or 240, but it had turbo and supercharger that had a clutch to shut it off at specific times
Thank you so much for translating this episode once again. I honestly tried watching (and understanding) the episode myself but in the end had to give it up, it just didn't make any sense lol. Stay safe guys, greetings from Croatia 👍
Brilliant! Gave up half way through the last one... I didn't realise there was option for showing for auto translate subtitles but when I checked they do not translate very well at all
For the first time around, I turned on the English subtitles generated by the YT system. They are never very good, but they do get most of the conversation across. But you spend time reading and not looking at the video, which is not the greatest.
I watched the last version but since my Russian extends to "blyat" and "oppa" I was struggling to get all the info. Thanks BMI Russian, Vlad and the crew. ;)
3:12 - A perfect SAM7 moment GTA style... us British feared them evil SAM7's from them olden Soviet days, still considered quite a potent tool today lol
You need to have all four metal tires 🤣, students here put 4 space savers on a car and drifting around 🤣🤣Next time make 4 wheels using 1.5 coke bottles joined together for tires🤣🤣
are we not going to talk about how this mans door flew open at 60ks and he wasent wearing a seat belt mans lucky that lada dident shit whip him onto the pavement
4wd drive, Ask them to use a solid rear axle, mount some steering ball joints on top and the bottom of the differential bulge to make the axle steering, you probably need a hydraulic piston for the steering arm, a hydraulic steering wheel setup from a forklight truck. will probably cost a lot of force to steer. like those kids toys, toy cart.
@28:29, what is that building in the background? If its a multiple dwelling building, what is it that makes so many Russians wish to live in rabbit style human hutch when there is so much land for so few (146m)
I really want to see g54 "go green" and electrify an old Lada. If you feed enough power _into_ an electric generator it's a powerful motor... i'm sure there's some old Soviet surplus ones that would work.
i rather see Formula 1 solution, synthetic fuel, CO² sourced from the atmosphere bounded to hydrogen and voila, liquid fuel and 100% climate neutral, you put back what you got from it. Net Zero! a company owned by Formula 1 engineer Paddy Lowe. Company: Zero Petroleum, check it out. currently costs 10 pounds a liter. Much much much better than a electric car and for the environment, their software is dangerous for you, don't let them fool you.
I have a neat idea for a project you guys can do, instead of having a distributor you have light switches that flick on and off per cylinder that's how you're going to get a spark plug to fire on each cylinder
You mean like having separate people operate the switches... one for each cylinder? That would make an interesting sort of game/challenge. See what group of people can get the highest RPM/run the smoothest lol
Im happy to see you got paid this time lol 😂 jkjk . Heyyyy I think it’s cool that my comment on the past video made you notice that there was a issue and you ended up re uploading it. Your comment about no thankfully you weren’t dragged away from from your computer half way through kicking and screaming 😂 . Nice to see you got it sorted man. Thanks for the re upload . I watched it all the way through but didn’t have a clue what they were saying tbh. 😂 I’ll watch it now . Thanks again and I’m glad you got “paid” this time lol
i am curious how the ride would be, and braking if some tire tread were to be bolted or screwed down to those metal wheels, with and without water in them.
The plastic rings had less vibration because of the tire you stuffed in it. A steel ring with tire may have similar vibrations to the plastic. Or just 3D print some plastic tires.
next try , how much static compression a Lada can have, try and have 15:1 or more with high octane racing fuel or methanol. see how much more power it has
ok your crazy heres an idea turn the bottom of a car into a hovercraft that drives like a car until you turn the hover fan up then it lifts the wheels of the ground and send the car gliding away like an ice hockey puck!
I tried to watch the previous upload, but gave up. I really appreciate the translation, man. You're helping share entertainment and creativity across borders in a time when it's important to see each other as people.
Same here.
Saw the post but didnt watch it until now. Thought the date of upload was off. But now I realize this mustve been a reupload.
You can use UA-cams built in text translation. I did and it was fine
@@blackterminal its bad and translation is way off.
@@TheCommanderNZ was ok for me
Thanks BMI Russian for the English dubbing as it's hard to fully understand what's going on without you, Thanks to Vlad and the lads for a great video too😎👍
BMI Russian is the best
This channel is such a gem. Fantastic as always
Glad to see with the dubs now, it's harder for the non-russian speakers there to have 3/4 of the episode without you dubbing it :-)
Thanks for the Dub even if wasn't too hard to understand the first time thanks to Vlad's expression and reactions 👍👍
Moose test in a clapped out Lada, no seatbelt. You're a madman.
glad we got the full dub. hope you all stay safe in theses not so good times . much love to all of you from some guy and his family in the middle of nowhere USA .
W00t! A version i can understand, glad the translator is back!
Thanks so much Team Garage 54 for the re-upload with the English dub. And Thanks BMI Russian for the translation.
Was almost enough gestures & context to get what was happening in the un-dub'd episode.
Thanks for the commitment to your friends

Thank you for taking the time to upload the full English dub. I really appreciate it.
It was fun seeing the untranslated video. Love Vlad's voice.
Same here, even though I don't understand Russian at all, just hearing his actual voice was pretty cool.
Lots more of those on the Russian channel.
I find it hilarious that this was released as another video. Also thankful that they fixed it! 😆 We love your videos regardless of who's running your country!
Most other channels delete the original version once a corrected one is uploaded.
Now glue rubber tread on the steel donuts. The stiffest sidewalls ever!
if you wrapped the metal tires with some rubber would they operate more like normal tires but then be unable to be popped by a nail or road spikes ?
LOL More than 6 minutes of translation this time.
I'm sure most kf us got the gist of the prior upload.
Thanks for the work translating.
Unironically one of the best youtube channels
Thank you for the translation 😊👍
10:45 I have watched so many of their videos, but when that door flopped open I finally felt fear for Vlad.
I felt fear for the pavement 😅

Change a tire while the car is moving.

Fill them with water, do a burnout and see if you can boil the water.

I was thinking I already seen this but then I forgot the translation run out happy to hear the full video thanks Glad if I spelled that right
9:04 It seems the Russian version of "slide" is "skol'zit" (скользить) which sounds close enough to english "skid" which also means to slide.
another fun silly video and as always be blessed over their
You forgot to pump them to the right air pressure 😂
Thanks BMI Russian. Watching this show makes me want to learn to speak russian. I'm learning Spanish on Babble.
Blue and yellow wheels, and a "z glory and honor" shirt. I like your style.
For the first time around, I turned on the English subtitles generated by the YT system. They are never very good, but they do get most of the conversation across. But you spend time reading and not looking at the video, which is not the greatest.
I tried that and it just gave me Russian captions
@@jonathanryan2915 You have to go into Settings, Subtitles, English (auto generated).

Watching the closed caption translation was quite interesting!
nobody can say "heytherefellas" like you
Ivanich, loved the safety swim suit
I was sad when I watched a video for the first time think is in Russian but thanks to the translator for English I'm always watching him now
Liquid isn't just weight but it's got dumping effect as well

Yall should revisit this with extra large expanded metal welded to it for tread

@@codemiesterbeats yes just like that
How is the traction with these wheels? +Yes.
Idea, inertia and yea, BMI keeps adding a M sound to the end of those words
Now put a rubber tire over the steel. Got to make the steel part bolt together in sections.
i believe the German car press rode 80km/h when they tested the Mercedes A-class back then.
22:35 "that is a 'Lada' inertia"
a bunch of cars with those on all four and then have a demolition derby
BMI Russian ran out of Russian babes to drift around with, eh?
Make a v8 with 2 lada engines.

what's his t shirt about from 3.20 onwards?
No night time burnout to show the sparks?

@Garage54 make a car that can go on train tracks
Now do The torque converter only drivetrain like that Swedish supercar 😉
Can't you get Gollum to rub his hands a bit and say "Precious", maybe superimpose the one ring over the "a"'s in Paypal for full comedy effect?
How about rigging the steering so turning right turns the wheels left ,can you drive it.
make a car that can go on train tracks
add some steal threads to the rims see if they make more traction
There's a Rolling Stones album called Steel Wheels.
The plastic rings had less vibration because of the tire you stuffed in it. A steel ring with tire may have similar vibrations to the plastic. Or just 3D print some plastic tires.
fantastic
The bloke in the blue shirt is definitely a mobster
Thank you @SwapBlogRU
Wow haha that looks like a LADA fun !
Weld paddles on them.
Then test on sand.
hey I no this out of subject ,what about 4 10-15 hp pull start motors,on each wheel on small car with go cart cluches.
next try , how much static compression a Lada can have, try and have 15:1 or more with high octane racing fuel or methanol. see how much more power it has
What if u fit the motor directly to the wheel. No driveshaft or transmission. One speed
Love it love the music too
Water has liquid inertia and slosh..
U could have used toroid LPG tank it fits instead a wheel
should drive a fish tank
Fill ‘‘em full of lead
Maybe try cutting tyre like groves in the metal donut wheels
Why do you torture Ladas? What did they do to you? Will this car float?
Good Job
ok your crazy
heres an idea turn the bottom of a car into a hovercraft that drives like a car until you turn the hover fan up then it lifts the wheels of the ground and send the car gliding away like an ice hockey puck!
Burnout on metal wheels
This would be interesting done with a Reliant.
Why do they need a hole with a nut cap on the side of the metal wheels?
Probably get a little more grip on braking and accelerating
Paint a car 🚗 with ballpoint pen ink
What happened first time? Lost translation after few minutes..
