Aún cuando esté reposando en un asilo esperando el final de mi función, bailaré esta canción. Por los buenos y viejos tiempos. Keep on rocking!!!!!!!!!!!!
I listened to this for the 1st time today,b/c Brian Molko of Placebo always smiles when he talks about how they influenced him and how much he loves them. They really are that great. :) thankx for posting!I'm a convert!
It is indeed the Hendrix chord. Joey also uses it in the song Tame- the weird chiming noise you can hear in the background of the chorus of that song is him hammering it over the lead part.
It amazes me that Black Francis is able to sing so softly. Every time when i recall how they used to perform "Debaser" it seems to me that he is only able to moo, but that's not true. His voice is really good.
most likely one of the few times the pixies preformed this Black Francis stated they almost never played this in there hay days but now they occasionally play it
I know your not going to believe me when i say this, but this song is not a love song. It's an A bomb dropped in Japan named "Fat Man" thats why its called here comes your man. and the box car part at the beggining is because the planes that dropped it was the "bockscar". Also a good clue is the line "make a pine start blowing" . great song, amazing lyrics.
as far as I know, they've never performed with anything but the original 4 members (except when Eric Drew Feldman played keyboards on the Tromp Le Monde tour). Chemistry is everything in most great bands...
A great song, takes me back to highs chool, doc maritns and strange friends. Also looks like the Pixies ate a few of their songs over the past years...
I love that so many people comment on how bad they look. Those people almost always fail to mention how great they sound. And if you're commenting on a rock band why would you focus on anything else?
but people c ome on ....this is one of the reason s why PIXIES are legend because of the look, its like someone s neighbour have a kick ass band next to you, how cool is that......
Did the original guitar player (Joey) rejoin the band in this concert? They show close-ups of all the band members except for the lead electric guitar (Joey).
Lol, Frank messed up the first verse. oh well, it's bound to happen at some point. They got a seriously tight sound anyway, and Joey is always on top form. I never thought anyone would ever use the Hendrix chord.
People who say that sort of filth really don't know the history of the gay movement very well. I suggest trying to say that at Stonewall or at the bathhouse riots in Toronto, Ontario, Canada in 1981 and see how far that gets you. :)
Top 10 bands of all time.
Joey Santiago is so underrated guitarist yet he creates such sparky sound!!
This is one of the best Pixies songs ever! I really love the sound of it!
such a song!
makes me happy when the riff plays!
Aún cuando esté reposando en un asilo esperando el final de mi función, bailaré esta canción.
Por los buenos y viejos tiempos.
Keep on rocking!!!!!!!!!!!!
Sigues con nosotros?
Yep, also a favorite😎

She is so cool has such a swag and attitude to all of her vocals
yet another superb LivE PerFormance of the signature track! ;-) I-) ;)
the acoustic is just super!!!!
We want em to stay healthy so they'll be around longer he keep on giving us beautiful music!
They have a reunion tour this fall. So excited!
Good taste knows no age!
this song puts me in a good mood.

i like the acoustic and electric guitars mixing so well
jhon greibel a tad tangy

Wow they sound awesome live
@killergirbot I agree. I liked her natural good looks.
Great band

most likely one of the few times the pixies preformed this Black Francis stated they almost never played this in there hay days but now they occasionally play it

Damn ! That's always pretty good ! ^^

this is a very good live version

Grrrreat!

@chewycakes Epic epicness is epic.
A great song, takes me back to highschool, doc maritns and strange friends.

Musica Massa !
Wow... They look so different D:
Awesome how they still play just as well, though :D
My favorite song by them =D
A great song, takes me back to highs chool, doc maritns and strange friends.

This was the short period of time when "alternative" actually meant something.
one of the biggest mistake i made last year was to miss their live performance when they were in town
PIXIES FUCKING ROCK!!! I've been listening to my Pixies CD's a lot for some reason and I forgot how FUCKING awesome they are!! KIM DEAL FOREVER!!
Frank Black will live forever
I love that so many people comment on how bad they look. Those people almost always fail to mention how great they sound. And if you're commenting on a rock band why would you focus on anything else?
best riff ever made!!! 0:02
but people c ome on ....this is one of the reason s why PIXIES are legend because of the look, its like someone s neighbour have a kick ass band next to you, how cool is that......
Some of the videos had me thinking not all their vocals were up to par but you can really tell how good they are here... I need to see them so bad!
the first chord they played was the famous hard days night opening chord!
Kill me man but how many bands that play gibson and sounds this good do you know . . .
the song came out in '89. obviously they got old. :D
yeah that is Joey
10
@neto4346 PORQUE TODOS LOS CONCIERTOS LLEGAN AL DF???????? :(
SOY DE SONORAA !!! JAJA QUE LOS TRAIGAN UN POQUITO MAS CERCA
@AlbiTheRacistDragon6 I don't know for sure.. but it really looks like one ;)
la raja wn, grande pixies y la conchade sumadre
geez man, they're da Pixies. Who gives a shit how they look!
@busingkwet i know :O
Black Francis wrote this song when he was 15!
Black looks like Kyle Gass.
Christ looking at them makes me feel really old. The Pixies were cutting edge.
haha thats great
@Al112987 i like his version. ;)
Awesomeness. I love how they got fat. It really adds to they're personality of "I DON"T GIVE A F***" They need to keep up with their tour FOREVER
Woah, was that directed towards me? :(
Joey's approach to lead guitar is refreshing. I get bored with guitarists going off the deep end with boring solos.
Did the original guitar player (Joey) rejoin the band in this concert?
They show close-ups of all the band members except for the lead electric guitar (Joey).

I never thought anyone would ever use the Hendrix chord.
He messed up the order of the lyrics at the start and jumped to "Face turns blue" which is two lines to earlier.
the title should be "here comes your pizza".
fer sure man
Wow! I thought that "Caribou" was the oldest song from Black Francis/Frank Black.
is it Santiago at guitar??
I think Thompson sounds even better with age.
@Bricball Kurt Cobain said "yeah, we just ripped off a bunch of Pixies songs". He was semi joking, but that's probably true.
Since these guys are before Weezer.. Weezer sounds like The Pixies.. But there are some striking similairites.
kim plays a good bass guitar
@killergirbot
Kim is still pretty
People who say that sort of filth really don't know the history of the gay movement very well. I suggest trying to say that at Stonewall or at the bathhouse riots in Toronto, Ontario, Canada in 1981 and see how far that gets you. :)
the lead singer looks like kg from tenacious d
is that kyle gass singing?
@bfnputz nice way to say someone's balding... i'm using this on people
Francis did for sure, but Kim hasn't changed. If anything, she isn't AS fat as before.
Oh yeah, and the Pixies rock. I love this song and the band.
If it wasnt for Pixies, gibson would die
@elli0t0t its sad cause kim used to be so pretty
Well that's all very scientific, ab330, but maybe the "Earth shakes" when "Your man comes" ;) ;)
did these guys eat the pixies?
@JediGTI Yeah Im still totally gay for her though .
this is the band that inspired Kurt Cobain and Nirvana... that's saying something
Quem ta aqui pelo Moluscontos , já sabe.
1:52 - 2:11 orgasmo sonoro
haha, Kim is still hot.
Who Loves Cake?
they've all REALLY let themselves go. Even Black Francis used to be svelter than this
Who gives a fuck what they look like? What do they SOUND like?
Wow all three of the men are bald. They are getting old. They used to have hair. Very sad to see three man get old and lose all of their hair.
hehe - no love between black and kim on stage..!
whooh, they've all gone fat!!??
joey is not
errr...no
@bolekSM Yeah, pretty fat
@bolekSM
