@ThanesTv please enable closed captions on your videos. I realise subtitles wouldn’t have been available on the original programmes, but YT auto generates them. Thanks
Now, we might look at this and think, "Kidney! You're kidding n me!". Remember though, our elders had a saying, that, "Necessity is the mother of invention." Young folks go on about 'reduce, reuse and recycle'.. Well, you've never practised what you preach, really, until you have to. Just put some HP sauce on it.
@TheRenaissanceman65 Steak and kidney pie, yes, but Kidney Stroganoff is something I've not seen before. But, you know what, I'm up for the challenge. My mission for this weekend!
OMG i thought this pie was made with steak and kidney beans😂😂😂😂😂😂😂. My hard drive (brain) has no recollection of kidney as meat. Of course it is an organ meat but i didnt know it was widely used 🇺🇲🇺🇲
What a contrast now with the accents - then it seems every lady was posh, now this same situation would involve common speaking, cackling, crude, chavvy women (not ladies any more) saying 'init' at the end of each sentence. That is if they can actually construct a sentence at all. The good old days really were the good old days. The time before your government demanded you show your digital ID/passport to get a McDonalds, fish and chips or even a paper and mars bar at the corner shop. Dark times indeed we are living (existing) in.
I absolutely agree !... and it’s now about diversity and inclusion of the so called marginalised. Well educated, well spoken, media personality’s are becoming extinct, as it’s deemed, an unacceptable manifestation of ‘ white privilege’.
OMG!!... She says “ here’s the Lard and dripping “ sounds like an austerity broadcast from the Second World War when Lard & dripping was used extensively in the kitchen due to the severely rationed availability of butter! and to think Mary Berry is still on UK television today!
Mary, for feck's sake, WASH YOUR HANDS, WOMAN! You've just fondled raw meat, and then you touched a cooked pie and numerous other things. You'll never live to a ripe old age of you carry on like that, Luv.

Christ Hunniford's hung onto her TV career for a few years hasn't she!
That's Judith Chalmers
There's not Gloria Hunniford.
I took a 50/50 chance on that
Gloria or Judith - they don't make 'em like that anymore ;)

Kidney. 🤢🤮
That food looks disgusting and inedible. I love Mary's shirt though. It's looks like a psychedelic version of Swedish Army camouflage.
No it doesn't. It looks like a meat pie, which is what it is.
@Professor McClaine I wouldn't feed McDonalds to a dog, nasty stuff.
How revolting
Don't knock it until you've tried it. There's much worse inside most hamburgers or sausages.
