Primer makes the finished part pre-primed. For models you do not use a gel coat due to weight. The first layer of resin and cloth acts like a primed gel coat... In my making the wing molds coming next I show how to do the actual gel/tool coats. Subscribe and get the announcements. Thanks for the comment

Good question, We use foam in the wings which are vac bagged. Video coming a little later. The fuse and tail section only require carbon fiber. Over the next couple of months will be a lot of vids showing the entire build from A to Z
