- Hi everyone, I’m back in California! I picked up my load in Toledo, Oregon. So far, I’ve been doing well at Crete Carrier during my second week. I’m really enjoying my route; it feels great to be back on the road. Hey Jake. Good to see you provide an update. You mentioned you miss the other truck. Other than the power source issue, anything else that is a major difference? I get it, nothing like cooking your own food. I'm a first responder and have to eat fast food at times. If I do taco bell I hit the cheesy Gordita crunch! Hopefully you be back to cooking those pork chops soon. Stay safe buddy! Prayers for your mom.

you know sometimes you need to call the receiving depertment and ask them if you can drop the load early. some will accept it and give you empty. but some yeah go by the appointment.

happy you are back in california. hopefully you can eat maybe some Jollibee or good Filipino food while there. take care kuya.. look into Jackery portable power station. its like a power bank you can recharge while driving and if you are on rest you can even buy the portable solar panel adapter to charge in the sun. my uncle and i use them when we go camping, we run cooking applicances, lights, tv, all sorts of electronics while we camp.

What is the temperature there right now?? It’s great here in Northern California. Mid 70’s . But hot weather is coming for about 3 days. Then it will be 80’s. But really it’s nice all morning and doesn’t get hot till afternoon. 😜👍
Learn to cook 1.pot dish braddah. Such as arrow caldo, jambalaya and beef pot roast. Mix it up with steak on a george foreman grill with veggies once a week
