Great video :-) most You Tube builds make fitting the wings appear as if it's easy, but great to see how you've tackled it and real life head scratching to get the final outcome. Looking good.
So, let me get this straight…. You put sweep in the wings to make it faster? 😀 Just kidding! Going out to the hangar after this post to rig my Cruzer wings. Did one last search on the Zenith forums. Glad I did! Your video, along with the forums, should make this a non-event. I should expect a swept back wing for rear spar edge distance (1-2 mm from fuselage), make sure incidence is the same, and dihedral per plans. Piece of cake 😅!
Make a center horizontal line on both rear spars would help as well, dont worry to much about incidence just get them the same.I used ply wedge on each side.
Looking good Scott.

Great vid. Super smart decision to allow a slight amount of sweep to ensure the edge distance on the rear spar bolt was spot on.
Yes. There is moss leading information out there
What a gold mine! Thank you for these videos!
Glad you like them!
Looking great Scott , you will build the next one in half the time,
Something a little different next time mate. thanks
Scott, thanks so much for the detailed videos. I’m slightly behind you in aspects of the build and Your work is a fantastic resource.
Me too!!

How did you come up with the 30 mm for the angle of incidence? All I see on my plans is if 3 degrees in relation to the top bar. Thanks.
Yes incidence is already built in at 3 degrees. I may have said 30mm not sure short of watching the video again
