If we've learned anything from the Act Man situation, it's that if you rightfully point out how someone is breaking TOS, even if it's obviously dangerous or malicious, and you tell UA-cam directly to take action, UA-cam by principle will not take action against the TOS violator because UA-cam doesn't want to look like they will bend to the will of a creator. That's exactly what happened between The Act Man and Quantum TV.

The way I see the hierarchy of "bans" is this:
SUSPENSION = temporary
BAN = indefinitely (can be lifted after actions are taken)
CANCEL = ban across multiple/all platforms (this is more of a 'social justice' movement)
