There could absolutely be a Down the Rabbit Hole for Derek. After all, there was one on DarkSydePhil several years ago, and Phil is still around despite having now declared bankruptcy, scammed his fans out of tens thousands of dollars so he could play dress-up with a vest, and recently did what I can only describe as a live interrogation of a viewer who sent him fake tips (tipped Phil then charged it back immediately, stolen credit card information optional), putting the rest of his already boring stream on hold. If anything, he needs a follow up to the first DTRH.
You should unblock him in a month and invite him to a cool cat watch party for your channel and say that the joy of being on your channel is what he gets out of it. Then just turn it into a Chris Hansen style interrogation about his crowd funding.
