We hope you enjoy biking the Cades Cove loop with us! We went on to eat dinner in Townsend Tennessee at the Peaceful Side Social that you can watch here ► ua-cam.com/video/rvJrYauzZ7M/v-deo.html
We just got home from a trip to Cade's Cove last week. It was our first time in the Smokies. We had the great pleasure of camping in the Cade's Cove campground and we were fortunate to camp next to a very nice older couple. The older man, Sam, took us to see the Pearl Harbor tree. He is 89 years old and visits SMNP several times a year. We so enjoyed hearing his stories and his wisdom about where to go and what to do. It really made our time there special and we can't wait to go back!
@@AdventureIsOutThere Thank you! I was trying to explain to my friend where the Pearl Harbor Tree is so I shared your video with them. Thanks for sharing your adventures.
We are just a little closer to God when we are there, you can see it in what is to be marveled, if you are looking; really looking!! If you catch the breeze coming up over the stillness, you can breathe it in. That place is a Blessing; stop for a moment or two, step into a place that is still & take it in🙏🏻☺️. 🫎
Cades Cove is my favorite place to just get away from everything and just breathe in what used to be. Thanks, as always, for sharing & God bless! ~ Scott 💙🙏🏼
My husband and I biked the loop earlier that day. It was so beautiful out there. We were looking for the Pearl Harbor tree, but never saw any signs for it. Maybe the next time we come down we can see it. We did take several pictures of the Myers graves since my maiden name is Myers. My mom thinks some may be related since my grandfather was from Tennessee (Johnson City maybe).
Here in Central PA one month ago we had nights down to 42 and 45 degrees. There are 6 Maple trees changing to orange. One is completely orange. This is along I-81 near Harrisburg, PA. Loved seeing the wildlife. God's blessings.
If you bike with a real (not electric) bike and with a 5-10 minute stop at all the historical sites it took us 6 hours to bike (6am-12pm). We did it this year in May on the first day of the closed road Wednesday to motorized vehicles. We then walked it with no stopping and another 6 hours.
Love seeing your ride thru Cades Cove and enjoyed seeing the animals. It's always a treat when you get to see bear. I can't wait to do the Cove Loop when we come down next month! Thanks for the video.
Love your adventures! Enjoyed seeing Cades Cove with you all riding your bikes! Looks so beautiful! Thank you for your videos. May God Bless you and your family. ❤
Doing the cades cove loop on my Trek Marlin mountain bike is such amazing cardio workout with the inclines you encounter when your going on pure pedal power. I’ve done the loop twice in a day in the past just pedaling. The loop is way better on a bike vs in a vehicle.
It's so pretty there! I've only been once but love the videos you all do from Cades Cove! Do you all have bears near your home? I watched a garden video you did & wondered if bears were a nuisance for you or just a fun sight to see?
@@AdventureIsOutThere Very neat! I'm in south central KY & once in a blue moon we'll have one pop up here but it's very rare! How fun to live so close to them, but also lucky they leave the garden alone. I'd cry if they got into the garden! LOL!
Thank you for making this video. We plan on biking Cades Cove in a couple weeks. So with Wednesday allowing cars in Oct. do you know if it will be hard to ride bikes with the cars on the road too?

Electric bikes are real, too - they're not an apparition 😉
Thanks for the great video Ryan, Brie, and Micah

It was a great day in Cades Cove!
You guys are so fun.
God is good!
We saw three black bears in Cades cove 2 weeks ago. They were up in the trees eating the acorns
Thanks for sharing ❤️

How fun love that place
We love Cades Cove too!

We do get bears around our home, but thankfully they stay out of our garden!

We hope you had a great time in Cades Cove!
Thank you for making this video. We plan on biking Cades Cove in a couple weeks. So with Wednesday allowing cars in Oct. do you know if it will be hard to ride bikes with the cars on the road too?
Can you provide some information on your electric bikes?
Can you rent those bikes from anywhere?
On your videos lately it seems the bears are very active this year. Are you concerned when you are out and about that you will run into one?🧸
Hello you all
Hey Michael!
