One thing I used to speed up dynamic programs is to change the microlift to .003 and the back feed to 300%, just make sure you have good chip clearance on the part.
How is Mastercam handling updates? At one time, if you wanted to update Mastecam, you had to basically buy a whole new package. It was very expensive. There were no yearly updates. Is this still true. Or can you pay for maintenance like other software?
