9:35 shift leftclick and it will select all faces which are tangent Btw i just noticed you dont need to create a new toolpath and select the same surfaces and boundary contour, you can just copy the toolpath and then change it to the other toolpath type edit: you mentioned the copying a few minutes after i wrote this comment ^^

If you turn on smooth make stepover .005 total tolerance .0003 20% 40% 40% you can run a slower machine faster with less " stuttering " and get a finish like glass .
do you know how to bend a metal rod in mastercam when I was working with solid works there was an option for that called flex I think? examples could ve been hammers wheel rims etc
I still use Mastercam V9 from early 2000´s. I can do pretty much everything I need from a CAD/CAM system.
