Thank you for this. I sang with Debbie when we were still in high school and one of her cousins is the mother of my best friend's children. Most of the live recordings of Debbie readily available are from later in her life after she had begun to decline. This is from her peak. The only other cut I've seen from this concert is "Not By Might". Debbie had a very powerful voice and stage presence like few others besides people like Arlo Guthrie and Steve Goodman, engaging her audience with stories in between songs and getting them to sing along with her. Nobody other than King David has written more Jewish folk music than Debbie Friedman did.
I was there in person as a camper. This concert made me fall in love with Debbie’s music.
