      Yeah, keep doing that if you wanna have chronic disease. We are not adapted for night shift living, we are diurnal, meaning daylight creatures, not nocturnal.

      That means theres 100-125% increase.
      But when you add Kurt angle to the mix, your chances drastic go down.

      ​@@xlnuniexi think he means he means it increaee by 50% of the current amount of cortisol u are producing so maybe if he means if u have 1 cortisol then when u have 125% increase you will have 2.25 cortisol
