woah, Miranda, we have the same thing. I don't actually see anything, for me, it's just unsettling to wake up and not be able to move. Most likely due to lack of a healthy sleep hygiene, a consequence of working too much. Every time I get an episode it is a good wake up call to improve my sleep schedule, set up alarm clocks and eat healthier. We are the same age, would be nice to be friends, but I know, worlds apart and unrealistic. Have a great day and good luck with avoiding sleep paralysis, this shit sucks!
