- This is a 25 morning yoga practice. Part 2 of the Rise & Stretch series of classes. A compact, mellow and mindful practice for all levels to help you unravel and stretch your whole body. Ideal as a morning yoga wake up practice or anytime you need a quick refresh. Move gently through hip openers, twists, lunges, side bends, backbends and complete practice with a fold and brief shavasana.
For practice you may wish to have a yoga block and folded blanket.

Really enjoyed this gentle stretching class on this very hot and muggy day. (If you ever feel inspired to create an hour-long yoga stretch class, I'd love it. Seems my old body just can't get enough stretching these days😁) Love your classes, thank you 🥰❣

Do you know crossing-over variation, heavens, so wonderful!!, in particular the Root/ReclinedPidgeon ", I had to laugh out loud & happily as you suggested to reach the diagonal toes on our backs, it's just as in TwistedSeat, well within reach.
