Albion not only contracts young players to develop them, now they're doing it with coaches. Incredible
Haha such a Brighton appointment. The Wonderkid equivalent of management 😂
@@DMac__I love Brightons managment of the club, more clubs need to do this.
I dont think you can call this development
Its more like giving him a bigger stage
I might be dumb didnt realise you were talking about brighton when you said albion, just hard to not hear albion and think west bromwich albion
@@MortanAMrk I just realized I wrote Albion thanks to your comment. I also usually think about WB when they say Albion.
Brighton officialy now have the youngest squad
lmao
They even have a really young prospect, I think his name is James Milner? Could become a legendary player
Younger than Chelsea's? Impossible
@@troublingcake8432 Yep great prospect
@@troublingcake8432yeah man he’s younger than zlatan
1. This is a brilliant appointment but I feel so gutted for St. Pauli.
2. He's like a 2nd League version of Xabi with that 2 season turn-around
Why do you feel gutted for them? They're friends with celtic. Big jock knew
This is for sure the most Brighton Manager appointment ever. Even more “Brighton” than when they got potter
Imo he's the perfect successor to De Zerbi bc his tactics are also positional and posession based while his style of play's very fluid too
Fiago is angry after seeing this video.
fiago's contents are now shit
@@Steven-nw9jihe fell off after that Hakimi divorce fiasco raging about incels…
@@slinegaming3836 fiago now posts shit content about Sorare
@@slinegaming3836
What? he was speaking facts.
Is this irony
Brighton aren’t only developing young players but young managers now
They arent developing the coaches
Just looking for good ones that can further help them having success
I don’t know if he’ll be successful or not but this is one of the most interesting manager career paths I’ve seen
I love Brightons managment of the club, more clubs need to do this.
Feels like a 50/50 situation.
Not a chance he's cooking from relegation to title winners in 1 year bc of him and the youngest manager in the pl ever he's gonna be one of the best
@@UTA-hn2kv Alot of factors in this that could make it a success. And that is what i wish the man. I don't want him to fail but it's a big step from Bundesliga2 to PL. Soo interesting to see how it goes.
@@UTA-hn2kvI mean that st pauli team had more experience and even tho it was filled with a lot of journey men, he was able to motivate them. At Brighton he’s dealing with a younger but more talented squad, if players lack hunger tho I can see him not working out. His tactics are also incredibly ballsy, the man basically played with no midfield and a super intense press, which can easily burn you in the prem with more talented possession based teams
Hurts so much losing one of the best young managers in the world at the moment alongside our best player this season. We need big signings both on and off the pitch if we want to stay up. COME ON BOYS IN BROWN 🤎🤍❤️
Brighton🤝St pauli
The new Ted lasso 🤠
COME ON ALBION🔵⚪️🔵⚪️
Beyond excited for this hiring especially considering how bad the coaching candidate market is this year feels like a steal
UTAAAA
Brighton signs young talents from all over the world and coaches now apparently too 😅
This reminds me more of Alonso than Liverpool. From Relegation to 5th Place to Champions Next Season
1:05 this part is too underrated fr
He will definitely do great at Brighton I predict that they will get European football and this dude will make mitoma a beast again
When it comes to anything the last 10 years brighton have surpassed everyone's expectations so clearly must be a smart move
Brighton are absolute geniuses
J Cole’s Hinton Wabbitz in the back
This is a perfect match for Brighton.
Genius move
Watch Brighton this season… 💪💯
Fabian 👏🏾 exllent
As a Mexican o got to say the usmnt will be a force to record with once they get a good head coach and this might be it
Sad to see we wont see him manage St. Pauli in the first division but its a move thats best for his career. I still think we might get relegated back to bundesliga 2, so to be a stepping stone for a premier league manager is good enough
Brighton is like touching manager turning gold
The fact that Pepe is 10 years older then Him is crazyyy 💀
this actually quite smart he’s like leugue 2 xabi alonso stepping up massively in a season or 2
They are doing well under his tenure
If it's Brighton, they are geniuses when it comes to appointing managers
The premier league is a different league of it's own. He will be tested. It's a very tough league because every club has a very good manager and each match has it's own tactis.
That is what brighton are though great for development of players and managers but at what point will their fans turn? Surely it has to be very frustrating seeing top players leave and managers. I reckon if brighton kept players for a extra thew years like macallistet caicedo etc with potter or de zerbi they probably could have broken into top 4.
Brighton scouts are top tier so he'll probably be the right decision
Brighton don't get these diamond in the rough type signings wrong. He'll be great
I want him with st pauli for another season to watch his managerial skill at bundesliga, but EPL not bad too..
Hoffenheim is still a solid club to play for tho, lot better than most pros
It is more „second“ Bundesliga than „two“ Bundesliga. In Germany we say „zweite“ Bundesliga. With „zweite“ meaning„second“
Arne slot vs Fabian can’t wait for that 😅
seems like it a genius move more that risky one
Being born in Texas and being the U19 Bayern Munich Captain. Interesting
A coach with a two sleeves when I thought I saw it all
Well he’s in 4th now so i think he’s been successful thus far
This makes much more sense for Bayern then Kompany imo
Julian Nagelsman was just 1 year older than him when he was the leipzig coach in 2020
Bro loves j Cole music, W.
Future chelsea manager😂
Next Klopp is the best joke ive heard in the last decade
Risky ? Genius ? Who knows but that’s brighton !! welcome to the ride
First season step in, leads team to 5th
Second season, League Win?
Xabi Alonso momento brrrr
Well, considering Brightons start to the season 😂😂 they have done a good one.
Blud is not Ted Lasso
I wish he never joined Brighton but good luck to him in the EPL forza FCSP!
Their opening fixture was promising.....only to get destroyed next week at OT
Bro is from the "Inglorious Basterds"
Gonna be a bit weird for dunk considering he’s older than hurzeler lol
7th German manger in the pl
TEXAS MENTION 🗣️🗣️🗣️‼️‼️‼️🔥🔥🔥🤠🤠
Hope he comes coach us one day as he develops and wins more silverware
Honestly he should have stayed for another 5-6 years in Germany to develop his craft.
Just imagine an American winning the Prem before an Englishman, madness
He was born in Texas to German parents and moved back to Germany at 2 years. Hes basically a German who carried an American passport
We'll be there
Brighton have jumped the shark I fear
TEXAS BABY
Im very excited about Hurzeler's appointment, but lets not talk him up to much. Otherwise we'll have Chelsea trying to buy him before the season even starts 😅.
Closest thing we will get to ted lasso
seeing a manager with 2 arms full of tattoos is crazy
Why did he not stay with St.Pauli and play first league football?
Call Benzema and sign him up to brighton
The next klopp?
He won one league and one UCl in 9, years
September: Brighton and Hove sacks Hurzeler
Just wait for him to be sold😅
His own players are older than him💀
I’m so sad he won’t lead the pirates in their bundesliga season, now I’m afraid they will be relegated again 😢
I love your videos but please say "second Bundesliga" instead of "two Bundesliga"
But it’s literally called that?
@@DMac__two Bundesliga doesn’t sound right. Bundesliga 2 sounds better.
@@DMac__ in Germany we say 'Zweite Bundesliga' which means 'second Bundesliga' so the commenter is actually right.

I mean soccer is getting younger and younger
Both risky and genius
It's Ted lasso all over again
Ted Lasso
Dude is younger than me
He is Swiss 🇨🇭
Ted lasso vibes
Next xabi alonso
Genius
Just wait & see this August
Lol Younger than Milner, who is playing for Brighton
Pretty poor form to potentially ditch the club you just got promoted imo, but money and the epl can have that effect i guess
It’s Brighton after all I don’t think it’s dat much of a Risk but Chelsea will keep a very close eye on him despite Giving Enzo a 5 year deal
Watch in December this man will be a Chelsea Manager 😂
Moron
Ted Lasso 2.0
It was Brighton?!? I figured burnley or a team in the far bottom half would but Brighton now that's a statement
Brighton finished midtable tho
Huntin' Wabbitz , the song if anyone's interested.
So how does this guy become the new klopp??
dunno, he just another de zerbi, getting underrated player performing and sells them millions to chelsea and manchester united because they willing to spend
they use the prospect of this young coach only to sell players that play well hundreds of millions
There are older players in the prem than this guy
He needs too Profil himself more.
For me he is a one Hit wonder ATM.
Look at the opportunities afforded this man An obvious third footballer that they kept on persisting with at Bayern Munich 😳 wow He was taking a spot away from a real Prospect, Don’t tell me that’s not Nepotism or bloodline at work here
Song name ?
Very risky!! premier league is tough and his very inexperienced.. I see relegation for Brighton 😅
Sounds like he’s got a bit of due in him
English managers take note. Great ambition dont understand why there so bad.
Brighton likes to bet on young managers
