Oooooh this is exactly the type of "what I own/what's in my closet" content I love! It's so frustrating to see people introduce their favorite whatever only for it to be something they've only owned for a year. Like I don't need to know your "bae" you've been seeing lately, tell me about your best friend of ten, maybe even twenty years, who's been by your side through the good and bad. Most of what I've owned for well over a decade are furnitures like a desk, a cabinet, a rattan chair, and a very poorly made shelf thing I had to make at school in home economics. My pair of leather lace-up boots I've had for maybe twelve? If I'd taken better care of them they could've looked better, but I didn't, so they look like they want to die already, but they're still standing upright so I use them when I do yardwork lol.
UA-camrs don't get paid by sponsors for talking about old products. The only products worth buying are those who still look good 10 years later. My list: Leatherman multitools, any military surplus clothes and gear, vintage wool overcoats, 100% wool sweaters, Opinel folding knife (before lock closed feature), Mora knives, Green River knives in the kitchen (30+ years!), Barbour wax cotton jacket.
Great content and we'll, I still having a Moto G1 (2013). Of course I've done few repairs, like changing the screen, battery and getting Android 7 on it, still working for WhatsApp and UA-cam 😅. So you're right, it gives a good feeling knowing that you have been able to keep something for so many years.
Great video bro 👌😉 unfortunately I don't have things that i owned over 1O yrs but i do own few items for more than 7 yrs 🤗. Can u please make a video on digital minimalism for laptop as well as what's on my phone with all useful apps 😁
Nice to see a video like this in our current constant consumer culture but at 10 years later you should definitely replace that battery before it explodes or leaks while you're wearing it to be safe
What items do you still regularly use that are over 10 years old?
my usb desk fan that's been running 24/7 for 12 years now. i sometimes hate the fact that it's still running, like dude it's time to retire 🙃
My Casio Lineage, a Steelcase office chair, An IKEA matres, my GFs reproductive organs
