Nerves kill me every time I’m in a comp,it’s comforting to hear that very good players like you suffer with it too! Enjoying your content, subbed👍

Donny peav doing the up pga in no time, it will come the work ethic, just keep on grinding💪 you’re a goat of the young golf youtubers
Thanks Callum appreciate you!
You should be proud of getting out there and putting it out on UA-cam. Real life isn't always the edited version folks put on here. Stay true brother
Yes sirrr a must post even when it is not going my way!
Good to see you get after it and not give up. You fought until the the last stroke. Keep swinging and can’t wait to watch more.💪🏻💪🏻
Thanks Glen! Yep definitely not gonna give up will grind every round out! Appreciate you for watching!
Love your stuff and positive attitude all your fans from UK
Nerve hack: imagine your 7yr-old nephew is standing there snd you're just showing him how to take a nice rhythmic swing with balance and tempo.
Learning experience....you'll come back stronger next year
Man, I thought you grinded and showed a ton of heart after that start. That's why I am here for whatever you do, or wherever the channel takes us. Repping my sandbagger gear everywhere.. I am proud of my man Luke and can't wait til the next one.
Letssss goooo appreciate you man!
Tournament golf is THE BEST
Facts and it's just getting started! Letsss gooo
Hey Luke you just proved to yourself you have game, all the shots you played are not of an average golfer.
To first time qualify for the U.S. is not an easy task and to finish where you did is a testament to your work ethic you should be proud of your game use this as a steppingstone and we’ll see you play the in open soon.
Best Wishes Luke you got this! (BTW one of my instructors at the Army advanced course in Kentucky tried he told me it’s not easy course played really tough)
Yes sirr appreciate you Joe! Thanks for watching!
Man I just did my first US Qualifier in 8 years... and got a virus. I didn't know at the time it was a virus but man I sure felt it. Toughed it out but did not score well. Some days just aren't our days. We just keep grinding and putting ourselves out there. Let's both get in an event soon! Best of luck brother, really like the videos!
Gahhh hate to hear that!! It’s alright you’ll get it! Thanks for watching
Great videos, love the play by plays. Just keep swinging, man 💪.
The US Open qualifier I played in on Monday, the qualifying score was +2 out of 117 players. Multiple OU, UW, and OSU players were in field as well it was crazy.
@Golf PhD 47-40. 7100 yards. 146 slope. Pouring rain and 20 Mph winds.
@Golf PhD yessir just got to AZ for some desert golf. Hopefully bounce back with a couple 68s
Wow that is crazy!!!
You played pretty well Luke well done. When you look back at this, it's easy to see at least 7 strokes you could have easily saved if you were a bit less nervous. Now you know that you need to put pressure on yourself when doing practice rounds.
Yes sirrr gonna keep grinding! Appreciate you!
Don't let this bring u down. U gonna pop of this summer in tournaments
Keep that head up kid you played dam well, your game is there. Way to finish that back 9 strong and give yourself chances.
Yes sirr tried to grind! Appreciate you my man!
Yes great is da word, cheers'
The come up will be worth it! Keep going bro, your hard work will certainly pay off
Yes sirrr appreciate you always!
Yeahh boiiii!! Keep grinding and who knows next year you might win the open!
Yes sirrr gonna keep grinding!
@4:33 my wife puts sunscreen on my ears when we golf too.
hahah
ready for the next tournament, love to hear how you rank up on a good day!
Yes sirrr! Appreciate you man!
Still a great round man, we are proud of ya. Keep up the hard work and it will come!
Thanks man appreciate you!
Luke with these types of course setups it's about high percentage golf, no mistake par golf, need to put the ball in the right spots and make pars and be patient.
I remember the last time I played in the US open I ............. wait on I never played in a US open.... sorry disregard my comment I know diddly squat, good luck in your journey.
haha that is good advice tho hahah appreciate you for watching!
Cheers Luke but like I said on these tough setups you need to plan where to miss and make par, par, par and no bogeys will actually be enough with the odd birdie here and there.
Keep living the dream man, enjoy.
IM DOING IT FOR THE BOYS
Yesssss sirrrr
Luke, this is great content as always. So tough to keep momentum when putts aren’t dropping. On a side note, if you are ever in Greenville, SC let me know as I would love to play!
Did good in my opinion! The pressure had to be insane brother!head up!there's always another chance in the future!
Thanks Dan! The pressure was tough off the start! Appreciate you for watching!
That girl playing with that dudes hair was probably really think about Luke’s luscious locks
That was ridiculous 🤣
I almost said something when I was looking at that hahahah
Thanks for the content. I am sure you'll do better next time. Can't wait to see how you do in your next competition. My sandbagger hat comes in tomorrow. Can't wait to rock it for league tomorrow night. Let's Go!
Letssss goooo! Thanks for always watching!
Hi Luke! Great videos and entertaining content, thanks for that. I just noticed that my swing looked alot like yours and I had issues with consistency and compressing the ball. It helped me a lot when I just few weeks ago started to let my front leg knee ”come inwards” during the backswing. Total gamechanger for me. I get so much more power and consistency has been much better. I now feel so much more confident over the ball. Most likely you don’t have same issues and one should not take tips from anonymous internet commenter 😅. Any case is that ”passive knee” something you acknowledge maybe?
Hope the best for you!
Thanks man for the feedback I did notice that I needed to work on it!
I’m gonna comment before I see the full vid. You played great, congratulations!! God Bless🙏🏻
Congrats! Not the outcome you expected, but you played very well.
The pause before each 3ft putt has me thinking you were gonna lip out😅 great job competing and keep working brother
sometimes it just doesnt click, those one day tournaments are tough
Yes sirrr it didn't but I was grinding for you guys!
@@LukePeavyGolf ive been repping the sandbaggers in this spring season at uni

Yes sirrrr more tournaments are on the way letsssss goooo!!
Heck of a run but it just started brother. LETS GET THIS!
Yes sirrr jobs not finished!
Definitely no quit in LP!!!! Let's go!
No quit here my man will grind all day!!!!
good stuff Luke
U the man luke 🙏
You'r the man PETE!!!
Nice round dude. I would’ve shanked my first tee shot backwards with that kind of pressure lol.
HAHAHA
For the boys
Really want to meet and play with you some time man. Attitude was great the whole time. You played admirably
Yes sir appreciate you for watching my man! Maybe one day brotha!
Been watching since the jump ain't gonna stop now when everyone else done found you. Keep up the work. Please hit me up if you're ever around Columbus.
gg dude, my dream is to get my handicap low enough to play a qualifier! :O
You can do it!
@@LukePeavyGolf I know I can! Can't wait!
you give a great honest insight and I love your quirky personality as well .. good luck to u. I reckon a true indication is that u were probably more like 2 or 3 shots behind getting in .. you literally made NO putts .. not one .. . Anyways keep on grinding mate
Thanks man appreciate you for watching!
How you like the PXG DRIVER?
My next video I will explain👀
I guess you gotta practice those 12 foot putts 😅 you played so good. On to the next qualifying tournament.
Yep already started! Appreciate you for watching as always!!!
@@LukePeavyGolf I appreciate you for the awesome content! 🤣
@@LukePeavyGolf also I meant no disrespect. Your putting is awesome.
Is there anyway I could get a polo in tall size
They do run like a footjoy so a little bigger but if you do not think it will fit I will let you return it for free!
Too bad you didn’t play as good as we know you can.
Good news is George moved on to next stage so basically you did too 😉
Facts great statement!
That lead wrist is a dead giveaway for your bad putting.
Easily coulda been a 69/70
-1 to move on just shows how tough it played....well...not your time, this time...there will be many others; solid back 9 actually...shows you that you belong in the mix...anyone watching the channel knows you do...just need it to come together on that one day...lets blame this one on Brandon with his 3 wood head games and uncomfortably primal back slapping...on second thoughts, he actually did a great job, lets just blame his beard...and move on...;-)
HAHA I really do get a laugh out of each comment!! Must of been the head games hahah Appreciate you!!
It was also playing a par 70 even though it's usually a par 72 they turned the 2 easiest par 5 into par 4s
the greens were firm too
With your normal putting you're on to sectional Luke, there is a lot to be encouraged about here. You should start playing in more tournaments and think about turning pro.
Yep gonna start getting alot more reps to get back into tournament golf! Appreciate you!
