How do you clean it? Idk about you, my fish cleaning get pretty messy

I first wipe it down with a paper towel, then rinse it with water (I have a drain in my garage) and then I spray it with an all purpose cleaner and dry it with paper towels

Not really for you since you bleed them out and are a pro. But for those who make a mess a little removable drip cup under the hole in the cutting board would be slick to push any fluids into. Kind of like a Blackstone.

I like that idea! Add a little funnel tube into a 5 gallon bucket or something too and could rinse it out! Might be on to something!
