Is Tower 7 view getting blocked because of any adjacent building facing city view.?
As of now Tower 7 higher floors would have an open view. I will upload a video on the details about possible views.
I felt like I have made mistake by owning my first flat with loadha, what they (marketing girls) showed to me, overall 3D design with temple and huge roadside open parking but after seeing this video it feels like there is not much open space and overall project is designed for congested space.

Development occurs everywhere. Dubai is built over desert. So im sure there should not be any issues with the land. Reputed builder you will have some sureity of getting your flat.

Everything depends on T1 and T2 possession. With that you can consider more 6 months from your tower's promised date.

Lodha is cheater, they are asking me to mortgage my gold and many other things for there payment. They postponed there possession date now Oct 2023 still they are chasing for the payment
If they give you possession how would you pay the EMI which is higher than the pre Emi ?
