Great efforts for providing updates till now! EBVT space ahead of living rooms and bedrooms windows seems to be missing. Not sure if its a tower specific thing. Also I wonder if they are going to install safety grills for windows.

One thing is there, i mean at the time of booking they have shown us the sample flat and that flat has chajja kind od space instead of balcony but i coudnt see any kind of space there.

Lodha is fake, mai flat leke fas gaya, possession bhi nahi de rahai and interst bhi laga rahai hai. Sucheta and sales manager Farzad continuously calling us for payment. Very heavy interst they have charged till date. Don't know what to do now. If any one help me to get out of this
Has anyone received their flats in Tower 2? Full amount collected and team Lodha have been dilly dallying with th possession. First they said they need the whole month of Jan23 to repaint and sanitise. Then gave us a date of Feb23 and now they called saying pls accept Mar23 as a date. Unprofessional and useless team of people!

No safety grill we need install with own pocket
I believe they have two categories of 2 bhk. In 2 bhk large catagory they probably provide the EBVT space ahead of hall windows.

True, EBVT area 37 square feet mentioned in our documents. It is not seen.

Has the foyer area been given?In sample flat they have showed us small foyer area at entrance.
For some flats it is and for some it's included in the internal house area.
